"You should get some fun out of this game"

Ok, to tell you the truth, I didn't know what to expect when I first saw this game. I thought it was going to be a really bad game. With my expectative so low, I started playing it and it surprised me. It might not be the best game I have ever played, but it had it's good moments. So, I will start reviewing.

Graphics (8/10)
First of all, the graphics. They might not be as good as in other games, but they are just enough to keep you satisfied. They are not horrible, but they aren't great either. The game has some nice textures in the different scenarios you pass, but it lacks of more quality in effects, like the fire of torches.

Sound (7/10)
Well,I have to say I like the music in general. It's not great, but it will appeal to you almost always. The only thing I don't like is the fact that every time you battle some enemies, you hear the SAME song over an over again. But anyway, do what most people do in this situations: just turn on the radio and listen to music you enjoy.

Story (5/10)
A game has to provide the player a complete experience, and that experience always includes a strong story. This game somehow lacks of a good story to back it up, but nevertheless, it's the perfect story for a game like this. In this kind of games, you concentrate more on killing enemies than knowing why you kill them, so the story doesn't really matter.

Controls (4/10)
If there's anything I hate about this game,it is the camera. Come on! Those are the worst camera movements I have ever seen. Sometimes you can't see important things, like rubies or enemies because of the way that the camera moves. Anyway, the way you control the character is really easy. You should be able to master it in just a few minutes. The great deal about the controls is when you move the character. It moves to the right when you press left and vice versa, which can be sometimes confusing.

Game Play (6/10)
Finally, I've reached the final part of the review. To tell you the truth, the game play could have been so much better. The only thing you keep doing over and over again is killing enemies here and there and you could get bored. The different kinds of enemies you face is small and the only thing that changes is the amount of time it takes you to kill them. The weapons you use to defeat the enemies have their weakness and advantages, which gives a little bit more of strategy when choosing one weapon (I think I like the broadswords... Just pure power) Also, collecting the rubies adds to the challenge, but it's kind of easy to find them around.

In conclusion, this game will appeal to everyone that only wants to have some fun. You will never find a real challenge in the game or an unbeatable enemy. By the way, I like facing some bosses of this game. They are almost always too easy, but some of them require some more practice to beat. Well, I hope this review is helpful to decide to play this game or forget about it. In my opinion, give it a chance and rent it. If you like it, buy it. That's about it. Thank you, readers.
