Conflict: Desert Storm

"One of the best 4-player games out there!"

Intro

Guess what. Your now in the middle-east fighting in the Gulf War behind enemy lines. You will have to battle through areas of extreme danger. Do you want your mommy? There's only one thing to do- invite 3 of your friends to come along!

Graphics-7

Now the graphics aren't as stunning as some games but I have to say that these are up at the top of the ranks. Sure, some of the character models are lacking in the visual department a bit, but if you don't mainly look at the graphics and work more on the playing time then these will do just fine!

Sound-7

The sound was pretty well done here. The voices were varied and well done. The guns were pretty decent and like the voices, the guns each had there own specific sounds. But where the game shines in sound is every background noise: helicopters blazing, enemy soldiers fire, the wind movement, and even the footsteps you can here.

Controls-6

OK, the controls aren't the best in the world. Although they give you tons of configurations to choose from. But still I couldn't get use to the sloppy controls. After about an hour of playing time the controls catch on.

Gameplay-9

The best thing about the game is well, playing the game. You start off by rescuing your new 4 new squad members. The you get to control them if your playing alone. But the best thing is-you don't have to play alone. One can grab 4 friends to play with you. There are tons of weapons to find, tanks to destroy, and fellow squad members to kill, try it with a knife from behind! Either your having fun playing alone or having fun with your friends.

Replay-5

If you beat it once it gets kinda old but why it gets a 5 is that you can still have fun with 4 player mode. So if your ever bored of it grab 3 friends and then play. If you don't have friends with a cube though and you only have 1 controller then you may want to either make your friends get a Cube or bye more controllers.

Rent or Buy

I'd have to say buy. There are to many things to do with just one rent. Unless your one of those people who can beat a video game in one sit. And 4 player mode never gets old. So just bye it, it is worth the money and a great addition to you collection.
