WWE WrestleMania XIX

"Pros and Cons of Wrasslemania' XIX"
Graphics/Audio: 6.5/10. Some of the people are too ripped, Stephanie McMahon doesn't look much like Stephanie McMahon, you can easily see the pixels on the shadows when they zoom in, and you can also see pixels of the fans. On the plus side, the details on some characters are good, the arena graphics are a great improvement over X8, the facial expressions of when the people bleed/get sore are decent, and when it zooms up, you can easily tell who the person is. As far as audio goes, the sound effects get annoying, the background music type is generic rock, some of the wrestlers' theme songs are wrong, and most will probably prefer to just turn it off.
Game play: 8.5/10. The standing grappling is like No Mercy, the fact that you can do specials when you want to is good, and you get to pick plenty of specials for each situation. The bad thing is it's slightly difficult to use the stick instead of the pad to do different moves, moves can be easily broken up(good or bad, up to you), the opponents bleed easily from normal moves, if you get 3 specials and gain another you will lose your current 3 specials, and you can catch on pretty quickly.
CAW Mode: 6.5/10. There is a large move selection(not as much as some of the Fire Pro Wrestling games), you can do specials as ''heavy'' moves, you can make the face any way you want, there is finally a Kimono in one of the recent wrestling games, some of the attire choices are bad, and you can create your own entrance and logo.
Story Mode: 5/10. I don't particularly like fighting many non-wrestlers to attain my contract in the WWE. You may or may not like it, just depends on how creative you think it is, and I don't think it's that creative. And yes, that is Stephanie McMahon talking to you after you get thrown out.
Replay ability: 7/10. If you like wrestling games, you will probably play this with your friends for awhile or just play the Revenge Mode by yourself to unlock stuff. It has a more of a replay value if you play with friends, though.
Buy or Rent: I bought it because I play wrestling games frequently and watch wrestling, but you may want to rent it if you just want something to fool around with for a week or so. The CAW, being in-depth, and the fact that this game is like No Mercy may get you to buy it. It's all up to you.
Overall Score: Rounded to a 7(6.7 unrounded).
