Fairly OddParents: Breakin' Da Rules

"Do people PLAY this game???????"

I wish I could go negative. My little cousin came to me with it and wanted me to play. WORST. GAME. EVER. THQ just doesn't understand. Few people like these Nickelodeon games. They aren't worth the money, and aren't worth the work you put into them, though that is very little.

Gameplay: This thing is nothing like the TV show, and doesn't have much gameplay value. It isn't fun, all you do is run around doing crap stuff. No good fights, races, basically no action at all. It's just like all of the other THQ games. You play one, you've played them all. 0/10.

Story: There is very little plot involved in this. You just go around to different episodes, chapters, levels, whatever you wanna call them. It just does what they do in the show. Totally contradict its self, and have nothing to do with the other stuff. Major Plot holes. Major Boring. As Timmy Turner, you go around trying to save your 'friends'. No point to it. A waste of an RPG. -10/10. Harsh, but play it. You'll agree.

Graphics/Sound: Cell Shaded. Cartoony. Usually would be perfect for a cartoon show based game, but no. It's not good in this. It makes the characters look ugly and distorted, even more so than they should. Sure, It's detailed, a bit, but it still doesn't look as good as it could. And not to mention, the sound effects and music in this game are terrible. You'll be annoyed in a minute with them. I was, and I'm usually tolerant to bad and annoying music. Don't waste your time. 1/10.

Replayability: Not very much. There aren't many side quests to add to the difficulty (which there is very little of, I can assure you.) to the game. Just the main game and that's it, including a few unlockables that really don't do much... You'll be bored after once through it. If you really want it, rent it. You'll beat it before you have to return it. This game is definitely not worth it.

Final Recommendation: No. Do not buy this game. If you do, you'll regret the money you spent on it. Don't even rent it. If it's a gift, yeah return it, and find whoever gave it to you. Ram them through a closed third story window. My actual score would be -2/10, but of course, I can’t go that low. Do not buy this game. Playing this was the biggest waste of my life, and I don’t want you guys to waste your lives.
