The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition

"The best Zelda games ever on one disc!"

In case you really need a review to realize that this is pretty much the best game collection ever created, I will try to give some heads-up on why this is the best game collection ever. It contains 4 Legend of Zelda games, plus a demo of the newest Zelda game.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64)
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64)
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GC Demo)

Don't get this wrong. The Wind Waker thingy is a demo, but the other 4 are FULLY, COMPLETE, WHOLE games. This little disc has enough room to store 4 Zelda games on it. It doesn't even stop there. This game also contains some other information and movies about Zelda.

Gameplay: 10/10 Need I say more? It's Zelda we are talking about! In my opinion: Ocarina of Time is the best Zelda game ever, Majora's Mask is not very far behind. And the two older Zelda's really wake up the old Nintendo Entertainment System days in me. I couldn't believe I would ever play these games again on the GameCube! Best thing that ever happened to me!

Graphics: 8/10 Well, the graphics are not that good, of course. The N64 games are quite OK, but the older Zelda's are 2D, which is not what most GameCube owners are used to. The demo of The Wind Waker makes the score an 8, even though the Cell-Shaded graphics, I like them very much! I wouldn't mind if the next Zelda games would also be Cell-Shaded.

Sounds: 10/10 What else do you expect from a Zelda game? The music in Ocarina of Time is the best of all, in my opinion. Not just the Ocarina songs, but the background songs are the best ever. Saria's Song, the song that is played in the Lost Woods... It's great! The music that is played in Clock Town (Majora's Mask) is very good, too. It makes me want to play this game over and over again just listening to that music. Nostalgia is really a great feeling! Muahaha.

Controls: 9/10 The controls are originally created for their original consoles, but Nintendo did a great job adjusting them for GameCube. Since the GameCube has a few more buttons than its predecessors, it worked out flawlessly.

Replayability: 11/10 Well, yeah. Four games and a demo on one disc, what did you expect? These games are sooo good, that even when you completed one of them, you want to complete it again, and again, and again. Because there are four games on this disc, it will take you a long time before you finally remove this disc from your 'Cube!

Well, you get the point. This might even be the best game disc Nintendo has ever released! It has four of the best games ever (plus a demo) on one disc! There are (like I said before) also some movies about the Zelda games on this disc, plus some information about the legend. A must have for all Zelda fans with a GameCube. Have fun with this ''The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition'' game disc, only for Nintendo GameCube!
