Yu-Gi-Oh! The Falsebound Kingdom

"A great change to the Yu-Gi-Oh! games"

Ok, although i only beat one mission, i know that this game is good, really good. Unlike previous Yu-Gi-Oh games, this is more of an RPG where you move to other places, engage in battle, and gain exp./level up/ get more monsters. Also, the biggest change, it isn't a card game and doesn't have 30 minute duels,battles!! Ok, now that you have a feel for the game, on to the scores...

Story - 8/10
We've all seen this story before... Yugi and friends get stuck in another Virtual Reality World/Game. Also, like the PS2 DOTR (Duelists of the Roses), it is in the past with wars and capturing bases. However, because there are (spoilers) 3 stories, it makes up for the repetition, and gets a 7/10.

Gameplay - 9/10
It's quite easy to follow and you'll get used to the whole move the cursor to where you want to part. The battles are great and you get to see different attacks(specials) with your favorite characters. There are many characters(marshals) to control and vary with each story so that adds to Replay Value. Also, because this is an RPG, battles are fun with all elements of an RPG with items, Wait mode, defend option, and more. 9/10.

Graphics - 10/10
If you thought the DOTR graphics were nice, you're going to be amazed at these. In my opinion, they have been perfected and the attacks also look very nice. The map where you command marshals(monster group leader/person) was also well done. No doubt a 10/10.

Sound - 8/10
The battle music is nice and one song from DOTR is in this game, which is fine cause it's good. I guess I should include voice acting in this section cause it's sound, but, there is no voice acting, which brings it to a 7/10. However, the music is good, and you won't really miss voice acting cause it wasn't even in DOTR.

Replay Value - 9/10
The game has great replay value cause there are 3 stories to do and after you're done with those, you can go on to collect more monsters, items, and to level up your monsters to make them invincible...

Overall - 9/10
Overall, this game is superb with only minor mistakes that aren't important at all and is a great game that Yu-Gi-Oh fans and RPG fans should check out. This is to all of you people that are hesitating to buy this game, JUST BUY IT if you like Yu-Gi-Oh. It's a GREAT game.
