"This christmas i'm putting the Dagger of Time on my christmas list."

Don't you hate it when you're playing a video game, and there is this one part that you just continuously keep dying on? Then every time you happen to die on that level you have to go through a bunch of stuff all over again in order to make it back to that place, just to die stupidly on the same area. Well, Prince of Persia pretty much eliminates that factor whenever you use what I call the ''Dagger effect''. Seriously, I wish I had one of these things in real life, because it can really help you on things that you'd wish you hadn't done, just like in the game! What does the Dagger of Time do you ask? Well, it turns back time! It lets you undo the jump you did and ended up falling into those spikes, it lets you think twice when it comes to thinking that you could actually make that jump. Don't get too happy though, it does limit you...but of course you won't need it THAT much unless you completely suck at the game.

The Prince of Persia pretty much makes you think Aladdin has somehow made his way into the Matrix. Well, here we go with the intro. The whole gymnastic thing he can do when it comes to the poles and the whole running on walls ordeal is pretty awesome and makes the game more interesting and fun.

Well, the Prince of Persia, a pretty cocky guy who wants to impress his father by bringing honor and glory to his name. Suddenly he meets the Vizier (who looks pretty much like Jafar on crack), who persuades him to place the dagger the prince has found into the hourglass, basically unlocking the sands of time. Well, here's where you come in. You have to guide this Prince who's basically caused all this by his own stupidity to undo what he has done. On your way you have to fight the evil sand creatures, crazy birds, and giant beetles that look like the ones in ''The Mummy,'' but these don't go into your skin.

The sound and graphics are awesome. Overall it makes it a pretty amazing and stunning adventure and pretty much get you infatuated with it.

The only upsetting part about the game is how it's so amazingly easy, and the fact that its pretty short. I swear, you'll only have to dedicate about 10 hours of your time to this game, and that was only the first time around. I'm sure you can play it a second time and beat it all in one day if you tried hard enough. Although its short, its good, so don't think any less of it because of that.

So, the question you're asking me is, ''is it worth buying?'' Well, I think it is. Hey, you can get a little more playtime in the game if you happen to unlock the original Prince of Persia game, which is pretty hard to do. It's a great bonus to the game.

Well, as for this review, that's all folks.
