"Pac-man VS is a good game but it's too old for its time"

Introduction

I will never forget the first Pac-man game I played! It was so fun and I played it for hours! Then after some time, Pac-man came to GameCube in Pac-man World 2. Pac-man World 2 was and still is the best Pac-man game on the Cube. Pac-man Fever was horrible and this...well lets just say this doesn't last longer than a week or so with me.

Graphics: 7

The graphics are well done. Pac-man is in 3D but its not amazing but its worth its score of 7. But I must say how beautiful the map (Can you even call it a map?!) looks in 3D! The frame rate is smooth! Not much more I can say.

Gameplay: 5

Same as the original! Its repetitive and its gets boring fast! Only because I'm a huge Pac-man fan that this gets a 5. You play with 4 people! 3 people are the ghosts and the 4th person is Pac-man! This idea was a good one and was fun for a while but it doesn't last longer than a week AT BEST!

Sound/Music: 1

There really isn't any music..so this gets a 1! The sound effects sound as if they were taken from the original on the NES! But anyway this gets a 1.

Replayablility: 4

Well see here's the thing. In order to get this game you need to buy Pac-man World 2. But I already had it so I wasn't going to re buy Pac-man World 2 just so I can play Pac-man VS. That's the stupidest idea EVER EVER EVER. I only played this game because my friend had it. O YEA I ALMOST FORGET! YOU NEED TO HAVE A GAMEBOY ADVANCE AND A GAMEBOY ADVANCE GABLE FOR IT TO WORK RIGHT. That's just too many things that you need to have to play this decent game.

FINAL VERDICT: 6

You can't consider Pac-man VS a game really! It's hard for me to recommend this game to anyone that DOES have Pac-man World 2. It's just not worth re buying a game just to get this game that lasts not even a week! So what I'm trying to say is this! If you have Pac-man World 2, stick to the original and avoid this, rent it or play it over someone else's house BUT if you don't have Pac-man World 2 then buy this because Pac-man World 2 is a great game AND you're getting Pac-man VS. for free which it should be anyway!
