Vexx

"A GREAT platformer with meanless meham!"

Well Vexx is a game that is done by guys that seemed to have had a good idea, but they just didn't do as good of a job as they could have. Don't get me wrong its a fun game but it could have been better.

Gameplay-7/10
This game has got some beutiful moves and combat syles in it. It dosen't take too long to learn them usualy only 5 minuets. They have a fairly good respnse and are fairly simple. The combos are smooth and alow you to take down your enemies quickly or you can toy and have fun playing with them! The lack of attcks for this game is what mostly lower this games score. (Since this an action combo based game) The missions in the game are pretty good too.

Graphics-8/10
What can I say but these graphics are wonderful, not the best but wonderful. Espcialy when the day changes from day to night (vice-versa) The detail for this strange world your placed in seems to fit the whole story of the game. Also the glow of Vexx's glove make it seem he has "Ultra-Power".

Sound-8/10
The game has great music and the few voices that are in the game are very well done. The levels have music that fit the area your in and even the growls Vexx and his enemies make just add to the intence fighting. Well done but once again it could have been just a little better.

Story-5/10
Now this is where the game dives down to bad-game. The story is barly there but aparently a master on evil has ripped the planet apart and captuerd everyone and you have to stop him by collecting harts of his dead minions. There are only 2 or 3 cutsences all very short but very well done.

Difficulty-5/10 1=Super easy, 10=impossible
The game can be pretty easy if you practice a little bit but some missions can be confusing or even really hard, but there are hints to help you along the way.

Buy or Reny?-Buy!
There is no way you can beat this game in one rental unless you play in nonstop all day and night! It is a great game and has wonderful replayability. I bought it myself a little after it came out and I still love it! You will too if you just give it a chance!
