"Worms the funniest thing ever"

Well here is my review for worms 3D. In my opinion it is one of the funniest games ever. The origins are from the original Team 17 Worms games. The general point was that you controlled an army of worms and tried to destroy the opposing worms. Generally you did this by using weird and crazy weapons ranging from the Holy Hand Grenade, to the Super Sheep. If you played the original worms then you will probably be angry because they took the aqua sheep out, but that is all they removed so only one good weapon was lost.

Starting with graphics I must say these finally do the worms justice although they are not the best I have ever seen they are still pretty good. Sometimes you will find yourself caught in a block of land or walking through solid objects but ever game has it's glitches here and there. The good thing about worms is that terrain lasted down to even the very last pixel and with these new graphics this also adds something. You still get the pixel terrain while retaining good graphics. Generally they are pretty good but could be better I think 7/10.

The game play here is pretty fun. Everything and I do mean everything has some use and usually a very important use. But because this is worms you cant really take this to seriously because the whole point of this is to have fun and destroy everything. The controls are also very good, every button has some use but I found them pretty hard to catch onto the general controls, once you get past that small block it is all very good, and have I mentioned yet, funny!! Anyways this will get this an 8/10.

Sound is really the high point of this game, generally because the worms always and I do mean always have something to say. Before you start you can set them to speak in different ways, starting from Gangsta to Aliens and there are a lot more. No matter what they will always comment, whether it being the fact that someone missed there target or some one hitting there target. They even make comments when they are about to die. Plus the weapons have there sounds as well like the super sheep background music you could never get by without it. Oh and the little piece before the Holy Hand Grenade blows up. Fun times yes really fun times with the sound here. The sound track is pretty much the game to me but it is worth it by far. I give this amazing sound a 10/10

Ha as for the storyline just blow everyone else up there isn't really much of a storyline seeing as with every passing mission it drastically changes. I am not really going to even try to give this a rating seeing as there isn't much to base it on.

As for replay value, you could easily play this 50 times over and not get bored. Bring a few friends over have a big match, the fun with this game never ends, I have had it for a good while and still I have never even thought about getting tired of it or not playing it. It is just way to darn fun. This earns it an easy 9/10 it could get a better rating if you could do something about replaying missions and stuff like that.

Overall buy this game, it is great for parties if you like having them or just simply a fun game to bring over to someone's house. Even without other people being involved you can still have fun with it, single player missions and training should probably keep you busy for a while. Anyways also if you are planning to have big groups of people over this is a must have rent it if you must, but you will end up buying anyways so there isn't really much of a point.
