Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2

"My first ever review--and its positive"

First off lemme tell you, I'm not used to writing reviews. I am only writing this out of boredom and to share a litttle info about this naruto game. Anyways if you don't know what naruto is, it is a highly popular anime in japan. The game is based off of that. Now on with the review!

Graphics: 9/10-- I think the graphics are absoulutly perfect for a Naruto game. I mean Cel shading is basically controlling cartoons. I laugh at the graphics sometimes. Especially the part when I first used Sakura's special move. It's inner Sakura. the backrounds of the courses are some places in the anime...yet some places never shown in the anime. There is only one thing that gets annoying. The special moves cutscene over and over and over and over again..you won't mind it much but I think they shoudltn have had them.

Gameplay 8.5/10--10/10--I think this game is more fun then Soul Calibur 2, but not better than SSBM. You can cheese, or you can have an awesome fight. I prefer the way of the awesome fight myself. Anyways, where this game really shines isn't the single player experience. In multiplayer I rate it a 10/10. Me and my friend played for hours on this game without getting the least bit bored. When we did get bored a little later we played coop and that lasted awhile too.

Story 7.5/10-- What can I say about this? Well the Naruto story is to this game as the dbz story is to budokai 3. Lots of details left out. Well maybe not that bad. The game was in japanese so I couldnt understand a lot but I know they left out many details. But who needs a story--its a fighting game. It's cool because you get to go through many of the famous battles in the series. Like (SPOILERS FOR NARUTO) the battle between Hokage and Orochimaru (END SPOILERS FOR NARUTO) If you play through the story on a harder difficultee then you have too use the move that character used in the anime. This game starts at the beggining of the chuunin exam.

Playability-`10/10-- Read above.

Overall--9/10 This game is defenitely worth it to buy. Its import friendly. (as long as you download the menu guide and mission guide from the faqs -- . I give this game a 9/10!!!! Naruto has never been so fun.
