Prince of Persia: Warrior Within

"Very Impressive!!!!"

Introduction

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within is a continuation of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, that was released last year by Ubisoft. The style of the game is basically that same as Prince of Persia
Sands of Time, but a lot of other things are different from that last game. First the story is much better than Sands of time (my opinion), it's much much more darker than Sands of time. The violence in the game is more intense with blood and all the head cuttings, and maybe you have already notice but this game has a ‘M' Mature rating from ESRB, there is also some sexual theme but nothing to heavy.

Story 9/10

The story does not disappoint its players. If you are people who research good story than this is a game for you. The story starts with the Prince being chase by some black monster. Than after a little running from that beast our Prince is transported to a boat. You will have a little fighting time in this boat. After you learn what is your bad fate or your destiny in other words. The prince then goes out to prevent this from happening, This is on what the game story is built on. You will learn more about your fate during the game which will make you more and more attracted to the game. The story is one of the best I've played on a game and this will surely attract you.

Graphics 10/10

Well what can I say more to this aspect of the game. Everything is just wonderful, everything in this game was done to the most meticulous detail. Well the environment of the game is built on an Island, this is a very huge and beautiful Island. There are a lot of things you need to explore and find. The environment of the game is beautiful, you will explore clock tower, gardens you will have to travel in the past and in the present. The prince and the other characters are also very well done. You and your enemies are very well done, the battle systems work very swiftly there is no big bugs in the battle system. What amazed me a lot about this game is the shadows of you and your enemies, not a lot of games have this ( well actually detailed as this). Every room of the game is well light up, some don't but this is normal because of the place that you are in. There is also the fog in this game that a found really amazing because it actually blinds you a lot in your movements. Well for the graphics this game is a masterpiece!!!

Music 7/10

Well the music is good but one thing I don't like is the Godsmack thing, personally I hate Godsmack this is maybe why I gave a 7 OH well… still the music still suits best our Prince with ‘I Stand Alone'. I'm just saying that they could of put more slipknot or other music, but still Godsmack still is good. The tune starts when you get chased by the Dahaka, which I really liked. When you are not chased by the beast, the music gets more smooth with nice and quiet tunes.

Sound effects 10/10

This was really well done, all was done perfectly here. You can hear all what the prince does
footsteps, walking on the water, the wind the ‘cling' of the sword and all the others. Not uch yo say about this aspect of the game it was really well done.

Game Play 9/10

This is a very good aspect of the game, if you like to get your head working a little bit than this is a game for you. All the rooms are filled with puzzles to get solved. There is a lot of corridors and walls you can climb, you can jump on almost everything that is on the game. It's very good, a lot of improvement were made to this game. I really like the second weapon feature, this will make you learn new combat combos, each primary weapon you have, can make a new combo which is very great. You will enjoy this game with all these features. The game does not get repetitive at all, all the rooms are completely different from the last one.

Replay 5/10

Well one thing that this game lacks is that there are no multiplayer. Once you have beaten the game you can restart it. The hard level is very challenging you will have trouble completing the game which is quite fun. But I have seen better games in this aspect but the game is still a very good game.

Buy or rent?

Well this game has about a 15 hour gameplay which isn't very long. So I suggest you rent it because you can beat the game in one rent if you play the game very seriously. But otherwise but it you will not regret it this is for sure.

Overall

This game has a lot of thing to offer!! It is one of the best game I have ever played, I have seen better but this is in my top 5 games. It's great combat feature, puzzles, gameplay and many other are just marvelous!! This is a best game and I strongly suggest that you play this game, you have to play the game!! You will miss one of the best game of the year otherwise!!

Overall score 9/10- Tremendous game that everyone should play!!!
