"An Action Packed Soccer Game"

My tagline is telling the truth. Super Mario Strikers is an action packed soccer game. I'm not really a huge fan of sports games but, this game made me reconsider that. If you're looking for a good sports game definitely get this game.

Gameplay 10/10
This game is really intense. The game is like real soccer except that the game has items such as shells, bob-ombs, and many other things. You get to choose your captain and your team. There are five people on each team. The controls are simple. To pass the ball, all you have to do is press A and to kick, press B. You can also charge up your kick by holding the B button. After you charge up your kick for a second or two, a little gauge will appear. If you make the little line go inside the green, you get an ultra powerful Super Strike kick that nothing can stop. If you're playing defense, you can ram people and make them crash into the electric wall surrounding the field. There's also slide tackle that's can be used to steal the ball. As you progress through the game, you open more tournament cups and get more fields to play on.

Sound 8/10
The music of the game is pretty good. There isn't much of it though. It has the sports music that you always hear when you watch sports on TV. The sound is clear and the sound effects are great.

Graphics 10/10
I think the graphics are fantastic. In the little cut scenes where your character does a "Super Strike Kick", it's awesome how the characters go in slow motion as the ball slams into the goal. It might be why it made me love this game so much.

Replayability 10/10
You'll want to play this game again and again. It would probably take some time to beat it too because you have to pick a difficulty of the tournament cup that you're competing in. Beating the "Legends" difficulty requires a great amount of skill to beat. Plus there are a bunch of cups.

Bottom Line 10/10
If you're looking for a good game, get this. It's fifty dollars at most stores but it's well worth it. If your not one of those people who like sports, you might want to rent this first. But, I recommend you to buy it.
