Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Introduction

Here comes the opposite side of the Real Lug ia. This is not a clone but a Shadow Pokemon! Before this game there was a game just like this one except in this one there is a slight change in the characters and heroes and the areas the people go to. You will have to do the same missions that you did in Pokemon Colosseum. Not a big hard game though which is the good thing. Now go play the game and see how exciting it will be if you didn't play Pokemon Colosseum yet.

Game Play 10/10

The game play isn't hard since it is a game of Pokemon, in every Pokemon game you would not have to worry about the controls because it is so simple. Just press a regular button to do something. For Example: You don't have to press many buttons at one time like you do in Fighting games. It is very simple to play these kind of games.

Features 8/10

There are all sorts of Pokemon to find. You could get up to the same number of Shadow Pokemon as you did in Pokemon Colosseum which is 42. You will also get a bonus which is Dark Lug ia. It is a very strong Pokemon of course.

Story 9/10

This is not bad at all. You have almost the same story line as you did in the game before this for Game Cube. Of course again you are some snag em member and you have to catch all the Shadow Pokemon and restore them to their regular form. Some of the characters from the other game have returned, the two that I know of are Mirror B. and the Team Snag em Leader. They are still here to ruin you but I'm guessing that you could beat them right?

Characters 9/10

The characters are looking cool as ever. the hero is also wearing very cool clothes. They have given some of the old characters new clothes. The game designers have done a great job doing this. they should really be awarded for making the characters look 3D.

Time 10/10

The time can be pretty long if your going to collect all the Shadow Pokemon and restore them. I don't know completely but you have to try it out yourself.

Buy or Not

After all that I've said you would want to buy the game. Go ahead and rent it, not my choice. Have fun playing the game.
