A. VERSION HISTORY
==================

Version 1.0: I wrote a full guide, although some I'm missing a lot of times and
I don't know a lot of enemies that appear when time is up.
My next version should include the enemies that appear in competition mode.

Version 1.5: I started working on phase 2 and competition mode information.

Version 1.6: Added Credits and ASCII picture.

Version 2.0: Added Secret Worlds section and started to add game genie cheats.
I completely finished phase 2, and boy was it hard! But it's there now.
All I really have left to do with this guide is cover all the secret levels and
cover all the little aspects I missed. (Times, Time Up Enemies, Competition)
But since I want to get REALLY in-depth, I'm going to go over all the item
appearing patterns (yes, they have patterns) and add the game credits. This
SHOULD all be in the next version, but no guarantees.

Version 2.1: Fixed the index, added game credits, added letter markers to
categories, and updated the copyright. I also fixed some very very minor
wording. Since it's summer, and I have a lot of free time, the secret worlds
should be finished in no time.
I also noticed (and fixed) an error in World 2, Level 2.

Version 2.2: Added custom level section. See the section for details. Added
loads of stuff for competition mode. Also, there will be no item pattern
details. I have no information on item patterns.

Version 2.3: There seems to be a few flaws in World 2. This will all be fixed
in version 2.4.

Version; 2.4: Took care of those flaws I talked about, and for your own
convinience, I added a few maps and times to phase 2.
Also, I've desperately been trying to update all the competition details, but
it's hard when I have to do competition by myself. Please bear with me.

I fixed that stupid ASCII picture (the word ZOOM and the picture being right
next to each other really bugged me), and a few other minor things. Plus, I
removed CJayC from the credits list because I'm ticked off at him.

I added another section. It's a section for me to express my bragging rights.

B. INSTRUCTIONS
===============

You are Smart. No, that's not a compliment, it's your character's name.
You have to go through levels and outline tiled squares so they flash.
Seems easy? Well, the cleaning products that want to kill you don't help.
You have to avoid them. You also have a time limit in a way. When time runs
out, your character starts to look panicked, and more enemies appear. For each
second you have left after each level, you get 10 points. Each flashing tile
also gives you 10 points. Points can get you extra lives:

Every other 1000 points, you get an extra life. (1000, 3000, etc.) 

Press A or C to jump, and B to shoot rubber balls. Rubber balls bump enemies
away.

If you lose a life, you start back on the level you were just at, with all of
your squares and lines still there. However, if you get a game over,
even if you continue, you start back at the first level of the world you were
on. So be careful!

C. CHARACTERS
=============

Smart - This is you!
Rowdy Fingers - These things follow you. They're in almost every level.
Spiler - These erase lines that you've drawn around squares.
Charm - These are useless, and you can get rid of them by walking into them.
Cue - These go either directly vertical or directly horizontal.
Spine-Spine - These sit there. They can teleport to other squares.
Note that only Spine-Spine can go on hidden squares.

Information
-----------

This is MY guess as to why the "Cue" enemy was named that. Cue, as I stated,
goes in a straight line. The word "Cue" most likely comes from the word
"Queue", which means "line". Thank you for reading this.

D. ITEMS 
========

Red Candy: These give you 50 points.
Green Candy: These give you 100 points.
Mushroom: These earn you 150 points.
Banana: These temporarily slow down enemies.
Hourglass: These temporarily freeze enemies.
Sunflower: These temporarily make you invincible!
Feather: These automatically take you to the next level!
Star: These give you a random item. Oooh...

E. LEGEND
=========

X - Square. These are the tile squares that you earn points off of.
O - Hidden Squares. These are the ones where you jump in the non-tiled area
and make a square.

Enemies: Enemies in the level
Time up enemies: Enemies that appear when time is up
Time: How much time you have before your Smart starts panicking.

P1: Player 1's game genie cheat to start at the level.
P2: Player 2's game genie cheat to start at the level.
