"The laughing stock of the series!!!!"

Phantasy Star is definitely the greatest saga that sega has thought up; Great story, superb music, and unforgetable gameplay! But there is one game that almost ruined this proud series. This one game with its stupid music, easy cheap gameplay, and story that doesn't follow the others... almost destroyed the series. Phantasy Star would rather forget this failure of a game since it really doesn't have anything to do with the rest of the game! This one game we don't want to remember but we still know as Phantasy Star III.

Graphics 6/10- The graphics taking into concideration the genesis power are alright. You don't see your teamates like the other Phantasy star games and they just look cheaper.

Control 5/10- The controls themselves are okay but a bit simplistic. The problem is the really linear gameplay with the easy bosses and stupid story. The whole game makes the controls go back.

Sound 1/10- The music stinks. simplistic, dumb, and very scratchy. The sound effects are practically non-existent. opposed to the sound of the other Phantasy Stars, this one's should exist.

Story 1/10- The story is really, Really, REALLY stupid! It doesn't follow the Phantasy star saga theme, it doesn't even take place in the same solar system!!! The story follows three generations of families where you must deminish evil from the land. Its really stupid.

Replay 1/10- Replay? Its non-existent. No side quests, no extra things, nothing( as far as I know anyway ).

Overall 2/10- The lost cause and the worst in the series. With its story that has nothing to do with the others. You might as well forget it exixts. I think it was pretty cool how they put three generations into the game but the whole execution of the game stunk.
