"One of the few games that let you think that you are in a comic book"

Storyline- If anyone tell you that the story is lousy or ordinary he is not telling you the truth. The game's storyline is that your main character is in a comic book world. Yes a comic book world and thus you have dialogues that seem to be straight from comic books it self. There is also a evil guy who keeps drawing in or creating some evil monsters for you to defeat.

Graphics- Some say its bad. Some say its good. For me I feel that the game serve its purpose. Yes since the game takes place in a comic book the graphics do look like comic books. So since it looks like a comic book there is noting wrong or inferior about it. I would say that this game's graphics are also unique in that few games looked like it.

sound- Hey you really got to love that voice of the main character when he defeats someone. Yes it sounds corny and irritating after a while. But still I think its cool.

Gameplay- Sadly the gameplay is badly designed. Yes maybe they place too much efforts in the story and the graphics that they neglected the game play. Yes the game is not really fun to play since there is only 1 player. Yes how come there is no 2 player option for a side scroller. Yes I seriously can not understand this one.

The guy lacks moves. Yes too often then not there is only a few ways to defeat certain monsters. Yes that is another flaw in that you can not use different styles to achieve the same objective.

The game gets boring and fast. Sure I love to fight but the move list is limited and the battles at best average.
Also the fact that I can only control one guy there is nothing much to make me want to play this game for a long period of time.

Conclusion- This game is worth playing for its weird graphics that are rarely seen in other games. Its also worth playing for its unique concept and idea of a battle taking place in a comic book. Yes I must admit I was really impressed and thought to myself this game is great until I went into battles. If you love sidescrollers where you go about defeating enemies, I would recommend another game instead. This game is only worth playing once or twice thats all. Other sidescrollers may have less orginial ideas but they have better gameplay. Examples would be the Bare Knuckle series which offers more gameplay and repaly value than this innovative game.
