While they do not do anything, you can still unlock the eggs and key by using codes from the sandcastle.

Answer

Ice Key - Freezeezy Peak. Behind a Wall of Ice in Wozza's Cave
Pink Egg - Treasure Trove Cove. In Sharkfood Island.
Blue Egg - Gobi's Valley. Behind a door with a crack in it.
Cyan Egg - Mad Monster Mansion. Behind a barrel in the cellar with an "X" on it.
Green Egg - Mad Monster Mansion. On top of Loggo.
Red Egg - Rusty Bucket Bay. On top of the bed in the Captain's Cabin.
Yellow Egg - Click Clock Woods. On top of a table in Nabnut's House.

You must enter codes to access any of these items in their locations.

The codes are listed in the Cheats section.

Answer

The actual Stop N Swoop feature was not included in the game. The original idea was for you to be able to some how send data from Banjo-Kazooie to the sequel Banjo-Tooie and unlock new things. Rare scrapped this idea due to the difficulty it would require to implement. (Either a big memory card, or the cartridges would have to connect like the Gameshark or Sonic 3 and Knuckles.

Answer

Stop 'N' Swop was never used in Banjo Tooie, so you will only be able to get the items with the cheats and do nothing with them. The way Stop 'N' Swop would have worked was one cartridge would be removed and the other was then placed in the system within 10 seconds. Unfortunately, Nintendo revised the N64 hardware and the newer consoles would only give the player one second to swap the cartridges, so it was dropped.
