Some times Rick stops fixing the music box. It is in my inventory but he just stops fixing it. I have tried resetting the game and giving him more gifts but he just will not fix it anymore.
Do you already have a fixed music box in your possession? Try using the fixed one first if so.

statusAre you trying to do more than one music box repair a day? That might be the problem.
