The part i need help on is the boss, i cant kill it
Having trouble with the boss? Hopefully this helps:
Once the battle starts, shoot him! (Secondary mode on Mauler or phoenix works. Or Callisto NTG) Once his shield goes to green, he immediately heads to the middle of the shrine. Shoot the statue with the five prongs just above him. Not the middle part of it, but the edges. Repeat this until just the middle prong remains. (The prongs can only be damages when he is recharging his shield) When the last prong remains, lower his shield once more and then shoot at the middle prong. Once it is destroyed, the cinematic begins, and voila! The skedar lord is dead!

statusThere's no hard or easy way to beat it, really. It would help if you'd describe the part of the level that you're having trouble with.
unless you have cheats already unlocked, you are stuck with going though it normally. Although, if you do use cheats, then you won't actually get credit for it. But you still get to beat the game, and see the final cut scene.
If your stuck on the final battle like I was you need to shoot the statue behind the boss when there is no shield on them and it will eventually break off and kill the boss.
It's easy if you get the double Phoenixes. At the beginning of the level you have to mark 3 of 5 pillars with tracking devices. If you destroy the other 2 with your grenade launcher (make sure not to waste all your grenades, you need one for the wall later) and wait for the other 3 to explode after completing the first objective, double Phoenixes will appear next to the first canyon. Set those on Explosive rounds and you'll destroy the rest of the level easily, especially the boss since the explosions in his face will likely set off his own rockets the moment he fires them. Remember to target the fan-shaped statue behind him every time his shield goes green and he kneels in front of it.
The best trick is using the mauler and charge it up, shoot the skeder king until the shield around the icon in the background drops, when it drops shoot the shards on the sides with a full charged mauler shot, after the shards break off shoot the main sword looking piece. When the sword piece breaks off it will kill the king and end the mission
OK there are 2 ways to do it
EASY WAY - After doing the target amplifier objective, destroy the two remaining pillars then when you get to the pit area, before dropping down! You will see a phoenix, collect it! When you get to the boss! Start firing at him repeatedly! Then, when his shield turns green, Destroy each piece of the pillar! The middle must be last though because it it protected until all the others are gone.
REGULAR WAY - Follow the easy way without the phoenix searching steps! Save some Callisto NTG bullets and Mauler shots and do the same thing.
