Little cup and Master cup on Master Ball are the only things I have yet to beat in this game and I'm stuck. Is it even worth it to beat them?
Yes. You will unlock a Doduo Game Boy Tower mode for Pokemon Gold, Silver, and Crystal when you beat them. If you've also finished Gym leader Castle, you'll also unlock the Rival Battle, and when you beat that, you'll open round 2 of the stadium. Beat all the cups, and the gym leader Castle in round 2 to unlock Dodrio Game Boy Tower modes for RBY/GSC. Good luck!
