"One of the greatest Nintendo 64 games out there"

One of the most innovative games in existence, Space Station Silicon Valley is a great game for the Nintendo 64.

Developed by DMA (known today as Rockstar), Space Station Silicon Valley is about the adventures of a computer chip on the space station. You can kill, then take over the bodies of any of the game's large amount of animal-robots, each with their own unique abilities. This offers elements of racing, shooting, platforming, and other genres all in one game.

The regular levels will usualy consist of completing two or three objectives, then reaching the teleporter to the next level. With a large amound of levels to complete, this game will usually take somewhere around 30-40 hours to finish. However, there is a large amount of replay value present. The bonus stages consist of dogfighting (using dog-airplanes), walrus racing, a shooting game, and a series of boxing matches.

The level design is quite creative. There are many puzzles to solve in any level. With a combination of nature and technology, this game never gets old.

The graphics are not incredibly good for some of the levels (especially the ice levels). Sometime's it's hard to tell where you can or can't walk uphill. By today's standards, the graphics are crappy. However, when it was released the graphics were considered to be good.

For sound, the game is slightly lacking. While the soundtrack is catchy, it consists of a very small amount of tracks. You do have the option of disabling the sound in a creative manner, by destroying the speakers that play the sounds in the levels.

You can probably find the game for 10 dollars at the used section of Gamestop or EB games, or maybe look for it on eBay. It's well worth the price.

This game is one of the most innovative games of all time. While it lacks in sound and graphics, it more than makes up for it with some of the most creative and fun gameplay offered for a Nintendo 64 game. This game is quite challenging, but still remains fun at all times.
