Gex 64: Enter the Gecko

"An Entertaining Classic"

Welcome to my review for the game Gex 64: Enter the Gecko. This game is about a lizard named Gex who travels inside a TV to collect remotes which is used to beat the final boss. There are lots of levels starting from Easy and getting Harder and Harder as you play through. Some classic levels are Kung Fu Theatre which takes place in China, Toon Tv which is a basic cartoon level and one of the most interesting is the Rocket Channel which takes place in Space.

The graphics in this game are good because it is colourful and very clear too see. The graphics on Gex are simply good because it looks like a real lizard and the color use was great. The graphics of the levels are cool because they match and are exactly look like what there name says. The graphics for enemies are awesome because they look cool and those guys in the Kung Fu Theatre are great because if your in a dark place and you don't see anything they can come out of nowhere and attack you so the black colour for those enemies are cool and also every other character in the game. Finally the graphics for Gex 64 are awesome and ones to remember for a very long time.

The best part of the game is game play and it is one of the best for the Nintendo 64. You travel in a heap of worlds collecting remotes to access different areas and beating the boss of this game. The levels can have 2 parts for example there are 2 Kung Fu Theatres both with different places but the background are basically the same. Once you beat the 2nd block of levels things start to get very hard and requires a lot of skill and timing to beat those levels. So at the end for game play it is a very good factor and is worth playing.

Rent or Buy:
I recommend to buy this game because it has graphics and levels which are to remember and is a game that will keep you playing for at least 4 days.

At the end for my review for the game Gex 64, I want to say that this game was a very good creation and it is worth all of your time and you should not get bored of this game because it has all the entertainment you need.
