San Francisco Rush 2049

"The best racing game ever. Period."

Introduction
I was browsing Gamefaqs yesterday and found a startling discovery. A new Rush game had come out. I have been playing Rush games ever since the first one. I loved each one of them in a special way. So I rented a copy as fast as I could. This review will tell you what happened.

Graphics 10/10
STUNNING graphics! It looks even better than the arcade version! Your car looks almost like a real one, and the crashes have gotten even better! Instead of a simple explosion, the explosion resembles an Atomic bomb being set off! And after the explosion, flames fly out of your now dead car! It is so detailed you can actually see a wire shooting out blue sparksand the window shatering! Overall this is the best looking game ever to grace a console!

It is a racing game, it does not have a story.

Sound 10/10
It sounds as good as Tony Hawk's Pro Skater. The energetic songs that have always been in Rush games are back, and sound better than ever! The songs perfectly match with the heated races. The sound effects are identical to theones in Rush 2.

Gameplay 10/10
Perhaps the most fun you will ever have on a racing game! There is two modes to choose from, race mode and Stunt mode. The one I am going to cover in this review is the Stunt mode, because everyone knows what a race is. In Stunt mode, you have to do tricks to earn points. Whoever has the most points at the end of a pre set time wins. Now you can finally control your moves, which hugely improves on the older Rushes.
And finally now this game supports up to four players! So in the end you get a insanely fun extreme racing game swarming with insane tricks, stunning graphics and great sound. And it is GREAT!

Control 9/10
Same thing as the older Rush games, but with one new feature. You hold ''Z'' and hold a direction on the Control Stick, and you will flip in that direction. So you can come up with dozens of insane moves! And I
have come up with several names for different moves, including the Penguin and the Corkscrew Spin-The-Bottle.

Replay Value 10/10
There are plenty of modes to play. There is a race mode, a Death mode, a Stunt mode, and so much more.

Challenge 10/10
It us the most challenging racing game ever, PERIOD.
