Transformers: Beast Wars Transmetals

"Very disappointing..."

When I rented this game, I must say that I was very disappointed. I am a HUGE fan of the Beast Wars show, I collect the toys, but this is just a horrible game! Let's let the Review speak for itself.

GAMEPLAY: 4/10
Lousy. All you can do is move around a little and you never go anywhere. When I first got it, I was hoping that it would be an adventure game, but I was very disappointed. And the characters in the game aren't very advanced, either. There's nothing more to say.

STORY: 0/10
I couldn't tell you the story if my life depended on it. The fact that this game has no story is unacceptable. A game isn't a game if there is no story to it.

GRAPHICS: 5/10
They're OK, if you were playing on an SNES. OK, so that's a bit exaggerated, but the graphics are just like those of Superman, and they're blocky, only consist of about 20 colors, and there is just no detail in them. That is yet another thing that is unacceptable. At this point in time, these games should be higher in graphic level. Another disappointment here, too.

SOUND: 4/10
Equally as worse as the graphics. Some of the sounds aren't even in the show, like they are in the Spider-Man game. I didn't like many of the songs and even if I kind of liked it, they weren't ''catchy'' tunes at all. And most of the time, the sound is distorted and just plain horrible!

REPLAYABILITY: 0/10
Once you've beaten it, which takes about an hour, I don't know why anyone would want to play it again. There is no real reason to play and beat it once, Multi-Player is more fun than One-Player ever was in my mind, and the fact that there is no challenge is disappointing.

BUY/RENT: 0/10
If you rent this game you'll be wasting $5 or however much your video rental store charges, and it is not worth it in my mind. You should just forget about it, and let it be. There is no point in renting/buying a game that will only be played once, and you probably will play the One-Player once if you're lucky, or if you're a HUGE fan of Beast Wars. Even if you are a huge fan, play time will be little.

OVERALL: 4/10
I think you should have gotten the picture by now. I wrote this to warn all you who want to buy or rent this game, that it is the worst game, besides Superman, and is a disgrace to Nintendo. You should be thankful. I'm saving you a disappointment and a few bucks, too. That's all I have to say for now.
