Rush 2: Extreme Racing USA

"Who let the cars out! Who, who, who, who?"

This game is a huge improvement on the last. More cars, tracks, more features, secrets, and better graphics. It is the second best N64 Rush game, and the only Rush superior to it is Rush 2049, which I wrote a Review for too. This game has non stop action, coolness, and greatness in the way you play it. It always had me comin' back to play it again or find the thing I didn't find the last time, or, well, let's just get onto the Review part, so I can tell you how great this game really is.

GAMEPLAY: 10/10
What did you expect on the score? You are in a cool car and you are going down the streets of San Francisco, trying to do as many tricks and find as many hidden passages as you can. It is awesome! There is nothing better than driving down the road in my cool, red, shiny Corvette. There is nothing compared to it.

STORY: 10/10
Like in Rush 2049, a story is not needed in a game like Rush. I wouldn't care if the story was that a guy was driving to take a crap, it doesn't matter to me. The fact of the matter is not the story, it is the quality of gameplay.

GRAPHICS: 10/10
Very improved over the last one, and the roads are smooth and the cars look great. There is just nothing more to say, bcz the graphics are too good for an explanation.

SOUND: 10/10
Flying down the street with my radio cranked up, it is the best time you'll ever have. It feels like you're driving down the street, not a care in the world, with your radio cranked to its max. The music gets fast-paced when you ramp off something or perform a trick. It is downright fun.

REPLAYABILITY: 10/10
You know, IMO, no matter how many times you have beaten this game, you'll erase your file and do it all over again, just to have the thrill of it all relived once again.

BUY/RENT: RENT
This game is good and you want to come back, but it is really easily beaten. Just rent it first, and if you can't stop playing it, then go out and but it.

FINAL NOTE
This is a great game, and I had a good time playing it. If you're a big car friend, like a kid at my school, buy it on the spot. If you're a semi-racing fan, just rent it to see what you think. But chances are, you won't be disappointed.
