So, thinking about getting Mario Party 3 eh? Still have doubts? Have no fear! This review will convince you to get it! If it doesn’t you are hopeless and should live in a tent as a hermit.

Story - The Story is very weird, but who cares? This is a party game. You and your friends don’t want to sit down and read a story. Score-8

Gameplay - This is what Mario Party 3 is all about. The mini games in this Mario Party are the best of all the Mario Parties. Lets look at some examples of Mini Games.

Chip Shot Challenge- Well, this is basically Mario Golf only you get one shot. You get to aim and adjust the power of your swing, and you must be the closest to the pin to win.

Pop-Gun Pick Off- You control a sort of Machine Gun. There are 9 targets that are covered. When some open you must shoot the Picture as fast as you can. You get Points if the picture you hit is Baby Bowser, and you lose points if you hit Toad.

Locked Out- This is like Musical Chairs. There are 3 doors, and 8 keys. The doors have a symbol of the key needed to open it. All the characters must try and open one of the doors to be safe, but one character won’t make it since there are only 3 doors. Then the game moves on to 2 doors and so forth.

Bowser Toss- This is a cool game. You press the A button as rapidly as you can to spin Bowser, and you move up to adjust the angle you throw him at. You want to be the one to throw Bowser the farthest.

Music - The Music is nothing less then great. The music is always right for the atmosphere and there are many catchy tunes. Score-10

Replay Value - There is infinite Replay Value. All the mini games are fun, even by yourself. The fun gets better and better with the more people you have. This is the ultimate party game. Score-10

Rent or Buy - Definitely Buy. If you don’t have the money, and are going to have a video game party, rent it. But buy if you can. This could be the last great N64 game. Every gamer needs it in there collection. Whether you’re an old vet of Mario Party or a new comer, get it.
