Pokemon Stadium 2

"Poké-disappointment"
Gameplay:
My rating: 2/10
I was quite disappointed with the gameplay. It got boring after 3 nanoseconds... it gets boring when you press a C button, and then wait for them to make the move, over and over... Also, the CPU cheating made this game quite tough. Well, at some parts it was actually quite fun, but otherwise, it was quite boring. If you're a real fan of RPGs or if you're an extreme Pokémaniac, you'd probably want this game for sure, because it's quite a good game if you use the right strategies.
Story:
My rating: 1/10
This game didn't even have a story. You were just some kid, beating up Pokémon with YOUR Pokémon. Umm... that's pretty much the *very interesting* story. You fight through Cups and a Gym Leader Castle mode. No big story, just being a kid and travelling through cups and a castle to become a Pokémon Master. Oh, you can also play your GB games on here, but you can't play double/triple speed unless you meet certain qualifications.
Audio/Video:
My rating: 2/10
The music was pretty dull at points. Most of the time you could barely hear it, and the most interesting parts were the last bosses. The sound was also not very interesting, as it was just the basic bang, and the basic crash, and the basic stuff. If you make a game out of it, however, it can get quite fun. If you turn the volume up, you can hear the music, and you might like it. It's just me... Anyway...
Replayability:
My rating: 7/10
Finally something I was impressed with. You can play this game over and over. Sometimes it gets annoying, but overall, sort of good. If you don't get bored easily, like most people, you'd probably want to play it over and over again. Most people might get bored through the first time of playing the game, so if you're one of those people, I don't recommend getting this game.
To Buy it or Rent it?:
If I were you, I'd rent this game first. Don't spend $80 just for boredom. Well, it can get quite interesting in certain parts, and if you're really smart, you can play through easily. Well, you rent it, and see if you find it interesting. Don't listen to me sometimes; I hate stuff that others like and vice versa... but anyway, rent it first, then, if you like it, buy it. If you don't like it, don't buy it. It's as simple as that.
