"The Best Football Game Ever!!"

Well, it was a big hit in the arcades and now it is coming home to the Nintendo 64. Will it be good? Heck yeah! NFL Blitz 99 for the N64 is even better than the arcade version! The controls have been improved and the speed of the game is even faster than it was in the arcade. The most fun part about it is that there is no "pass interference," "no disqualification" and you only play with 6 guys on the field! Yes, it's bending the rules of Football, but that even makes it more fun. Picking the plays is easy, unlike other football games, which are totally confusing. NFL Blitz 99 means less stress and more fun!

Gameplay 10/10

This game is sooooo much fun! It is totally entitled to being the best Football game ever. You can tackle the guys after the play and even get in their way why they are trying to catch a pass! There is no Pass Interference there, buddy! And, it seems so much more easier than other football games. Right now, this game holds the title for the "only football game you will ever need!"

Graphics 10/10

Beautiful graphics. The players move smoothly and look stunning. Especially that sexy cheerleader...... Visually, Midway used a great graphic engine.

Sound/Music 10/10

The Sound F/X are totally awesome! Everytime a QB gets sacked he says, "You guys can't do anything!" Every player has some funny little catchphrase that will have you laughing. The music is awesome, too! You will find yourself, again, bopping to the beat to those dance remix tunes!

Control 10/10

When this game was going to be released for the N64 I was really hoping that they would improve the control from the arcade version. Well, my wish was granted! The control is so much easier to use! All you have to do is push "Z" to run fast and "A" to pass. Plus if you want to tackle, press "B". That's all you have to do!

Replay Value 10/10

You will defintely come back to this game with your friends, or just to play the computer. Just playing this game is fun...you won't be able to get enough of it!

This is the perfect Football game to get. It is the best on the shelves right now and until they come up with another one, keep this game and don't buy another football game!
