Re-Volt
Review by David
"Horrible Game, not worth time"
Have you ever played a racing game, for any platform, that has frusturated you so badly? If not, than in order to keep that streak in tack, don't rent re-volt. In this game, you are given a choice of a approximately six remote control car type vehicles. As you advance, different levels, each one worse constructed, you grow annoyed at the tedious play. Driving is didfficult, as even on slow mode (yes, you can choose between slow or fast mode) if you make a sharp turn your vehicly automatically slows down, and your car almost always flips over. There is one path to take, and th course remains flat, similar to Cruisin USA, and week attempts to spruce up the courses are made throughout. For example in the first stage, little wooden ramps are placed strategically leading right into a trap, and when you go off of them your engine automatically stops. In addition cars, with absolutely no purpose are added to the scenery, to amke the levels seem more realistic. The game gives while driving directions, which are often too late, causing you to flip over as you try to make a turn. Don't forget to press r after a flip as this is the only eay to get out, which took me way too long to figure out,
Overall, this game is very playable... for a two year old that enjoys nintendo just to see the screen react to himm otherwise, it should be taken off all shelves nationwide.
