"ExciteBike at It's Best"

Since the launch of the old EB(Excitebike),The game was a hit,now that's it has comeback once again in the future world with it still being a hit.Now lets get on to the review...

Graphics= 8/10

The graphics in the game are quite good,with the smoothness of the character modules and the level designs are top-notch with great details in them.But there can be a few problems,like when you first start a race and you then cram into all the riders,this makes the framerate crash and slow down.But it can be fixed with the high-res option,but you need a expansion pack to include this future,overall,the graphics are fantastic with a few exceptions.

Sound= 8/10

The sound in the game are quite good,with the roaring from the engine to the sharp responsive commentary,Sometimes,the engine may get in your nerves and it would of been a cool add-on for some music in the gameplay instead of roaring engines.Other than that,the sounds are good as of every other game is,nothing wrong with it only with a few mistakes.

Concept= 9/10

This game is a easy pick up and play,In this game,you don't need to upgrade your bikes and all those complicated stuff,just choose a mode,pick a character,and race!,that's all,but sometimes the game can be quite frustrating,you can easily lose 1st place and get into last place in a matter of seconds,this happens when your opponent taps your back wheel with his front wheel,that causes you to wipe out and lose your turn,this happens commonly when you first start the race,when you get a good clutch and you start out busting through everyone,you come across a turn and the guy in back of you trips you,then you start hitting the control like crazy.Beside that,the concept of the game is really good.

Replay Value= 10/10

The replay value of this game is incredible,with tons of tricks,special maneuvers,and 6 riders to choose from,make this game a extremely addictive game..but i'm not done yet,this game also includes some bonus game you can unlock by beating rounds from exhibition mode,these bonus games are riding in a desert,Soccer,Stunt mode,Hill climb,The original excite bike!,And the coolest of all...member the old days with those strait line with jumps track in the old Excite bike..well it's back!,well not only that,now you can play it in 3-D!,you can relive the awesome old days.The game also includes a track editor so you can build your own awesome track to race on.

Overall,this is the best motocross game for N64 yet,Anyone who's a motocross fan or a fan of the original EB,or even not a fan at all should pick up this game!,I promise you will have the time of your life.
