"A big waste of time for anyone..."

Chef's Luv Shack is a gameshow game that chooses very difficult questions and makes you play dumb minigames. Acclaim really couldn't of done better becuase this game is terrible. South Park 64 was awful, and this game is not different except its worse.

Graphics-7
One of the only 2 good parts of the game is the graphics, but they are not up to their full potential. South Park 64 had better Graphics and very early Nintendo 64 games had way better graphics. In general, the graphics look like they do on the TV show. The drawings on the show were never any good though. That means, if someone walks, they really don't move their feet, just slide down to their destination. The graphics are decent, but really isn't any thing to get excited about. This is most likely the best they can do...

Control-8
When you do the gameshow part, all that's required is pressing one button then selecting your answer: Not too hard. You'll sometimes play a mini game. The control is easy to learn on some games, but on others, its just retarded. Games like Spank the Monkey have decent control, but others just plain suck. Generally, the control is easy and this is sadley the best part of the game, but thats not saying much.

Sound-5
Sound and music doesn't really impress me much. There are some South Park tunes like in the beggining screen but I dont like it much. Sound is different. Some characters talk but most dont which makes the game incredibly boring to play. In my opinion, music/sound is very important. This game has no good sound in my opinion.

Story-1
Gameshows dont really have a story but to a certain extent, they have an objective, like to win money or other good prizes. Win in this game and guess what you get? A waste of time or in other words: absolutly nothing. So dont bother playing something you wont get anything for in a gameshow...This is one of the games worst parts...

Gameplay-2
Gameplay is the most important thing in the game and this game lacks lots of it. Theres only 4 types of rounds that have at most 8 and at least 2. You can play for 2, 4, 6, or 8 rounds. Even with 8 rounds, this game is very short becuase the number of rounds equal the number of questions. So if you pick 2 rounds, then you only get 2 questions. Lame...

Another problem is you only get 4 characters to choose from: Fatass Cartmen, Stan, Kyle, and Kenny. Chef is your host and not a very good one. It could of been better if you can pick more characters but nope. This is a very limited game. Why is your host bad? Becuase unlike real hosts, he asks you questions that are completely impossible where even the smartest living man in the world can not answer them. Worse, 3/4 of them do not even have to do with South Park! This repels most South Park fans.

Then theres the minigames. Most are easy and very unimpressive. Only a few are half decent or challenging. To top that off, theres hardley any and you dont play them after every question. Plus, the computer picks them for you! Thats not a problem in Mario Party, but it is here. Theres hardley any mini games and you may just get stuck with one you dont like for a long time. At least some minigames have different variety. Stick with the Mario Party Series...

Challenge-1
A game isnt challenging when its too hard but not fun. This example fits this game. Most questions are hard and dumb but some mini games are too easy for most people.

Replay-3
Just play all the mini games. Thats it, if you can in meaning the Computer picks fairly. After that, nope. Not any more.

Pros:
-Half decent minigames
-Ok graphics
-Good Control

Cons:
-Every other mini game sucks
-Questions are way too hard
-This game may repel South Park fans: 1/4 of the questions are about South Park
-Basically everything else..

Overall-3(No average)
Even if you play with some freinds, this game is still no fun at all...This game is just crap. Even Die-Hard South Park fans wont want it although they may rent it.

Rent or Buy?
Way too short for a buy and too short for a rental. So um, Yeah. Dont bother. You can play it for 5 minutes, if you care at a store..
