"*Looks Above* What? Yes this game is as bad as it gets!"

First off, let me get one thing off my chest. I have played EVERY SINGLE wrestling game for the N64, and this one is by far the worst. The only reason I can think of why someone would buy this game is either: It was very cheap, or for a diehard WCW fan. I have played the PSX version of this game and it is a lot better. The only reason I gave this game a 2 instead of a 1 is because if you enter the code that unlocks all wrestlers, you see a lot of old jobbers from 1998 that brought back a lot of memories. Anyway, if you played this game on PSX and are expecting the video clips of the wrestlers trying to convince you to pick them or the montages after you complete the season mode, you can guess again. There is none of that, all you're left with is the crappy gameplay.

Sound:(2/10)- The sound is really bad, there are noises when you hit the mat and from the play by play announcers. It is not this games highlight, then again..what is?

Controls(1/10)- The controls in this game are very hard to remember. If you happened to get this game without the instruction booklet, you are up a creek without a paddle. Each superstar has the same basic set of moves(Example: Piledriver, Powerbomb, Back Breaker) and 1 or 2 signature moves that can be used when the opponents health meter is in red. The controls are very hard to remember, they are usually a 3 button combo, but each one is so similar it is hard to recall in the heat of the match. Also there is a button that you push which will bring in a wrestler from the back to help you, but if you use it, it is guaranteed that the computer will use it too.

Fun Factor(1/10)- This game is no fun at all. There is a rigorous season type mode where you compete for for a certain belt. Each match is like the one before it. In the PSX version, you went through the season to see the tight video montage of the wrestler you beat it with; you had better believe there is no gratification in winning the belt.

Graphics(2/10)- Not much to say here, this game was an early N64 wrestling game, so its graphics are crappy.

Overall(2/10)- Like I said before, if you are a diehard wrestling fan who just has to have this game, I say go for it. This games appeal should wear off around the 2nd day you play it. Please read this if you are thinking of buying this game...DO NOT BUY THIS GAME FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN 5 DOLLARS! It is not worth it. I got mine for $3.95 on ebay. So in conclusion, this game...bad, WWF No Mercy...good.
