Duke Nukem Zero Hour

"Great fun, but still no (you know what goes here)!"

This game may seem like Duke Nukem: Time to Kill, with its time-traveling plot and its third person views, but that's where the similarities end.

Gameplay - 10 --> Well, it's about time they made the controls better. This time you can _actually_ control Duke (its predecessor had horrible controls).

SFX/Music - 10 --> Rippin'! The sounds of that SQUISH! coming from the enemies once I blast them with my fifty (50) caliber (50.) sniper rifle (Use this weapon to aim at the enemy's head, you'll get a kick out of this one.). And the music just rocks! The best rock music I have ever heard (Well, at least some songs.).

Graphics - 9 --> The enemies look like they were folded up (No, really!). Otherwise, just about everything else is perfect.

Story - 10 --> Like I said before, the only ways that this game is the same as Duke Nukem: Time to Kill is that is has a time-traveling plot and that this game is third-person shooter game. Just about everything else about this magnificent game is different from DN: TTK.

Fun - 7 --> There's a down side to this game. Unfortunately, there are still no (you know what goes here) in this game (If you want (you know what goes here), I suggest you get a PlayStation and get Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown.). Now _that_ is irritating.

Controls - 10 --> In the other Duke Nukem games, the controls were sluggish. It looks like GT Interactive has found out what went wrong with the controls and fixed the horrendous problem.

Replayability - 9 --> I'm don't know about playing the one-player mode again, but the multi-player mode is a must! Grab a friend and blast the living crap out of each other!

Overall - 9 --> This is a must-have for die-hard Duke Nukem fans. Otherwise, a quick look at this game is all you'll need to decide if you like this game or not.

RENT OR BUY FIRST? - rent - Rent this once see if you like it or not, but if you're looking for (you know what goes here), then get yourself a PSX and play Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown.
