"This game is fun. Just plain fun."

Metal Gear Solid. Syphon Filter. What do these games have that Winback doesn't? Narrative elements, portrayed through intricately detailed cinemas? Is it because those games remind you of a movie, ruffled in the time relics of your past?
Wherever the answer lies, it is beyond my comprehension. I stand for hard action and good story- telling. Graphics and sound often take a second seat when gameplay is concerned. There is a limit though and many people think that Winback has crossed it. ''Poor Graphics. Bad sound and poor control prevent this game from being great.'' This is a load of hot air. Winback's graphics are good. Okay, so the mouths don't move. Give me a list of all games that have lip synching and games that don't. In fact I compiled a short list right here:
Games that have moving mouths
South Park
Turok 3(most impressive)
Conker
Zelda (some parts)

These are the game's I could think of right now. As you can tell, it's quite short.
Okay, so there are no voices. Mario didn't include full dialog and neither did Zelda. I didn't hear any complaints there, did I? I agree, Winback has no excuse and Mario 64 does. Winback, though, is all about awesome story telling and great gameplay.

Graphics:
The animation is great. The main character, Jean-Luc Cougar, moves gracefully along well designed environments. The explosions are sort of pitiful. The C4 explosion is most disappointing. Have you seen Die Hard? Now that's a REAL C4 explosion. The fog is not that bad either. You won't have an urge to look far anyway because something is always happening in front of you. Overall, it's fun to look at. 8.4 /10

Sound:
Not much to say hear. The music's great and synchs with your health condition (slow when good, fast when bad). The guns sound crisp. 9.1 /10

Gameplay:
The gameplay revolves around ditching lasers, killing guards and getting yourself out of situations. What would YOU do if you were stuck near a wall and four guards were rushing you. Would you bust out your machine gun and moe them down? Or would you hide behind the nearest box and use the duck-shoot technique? Your the agent so it's your choice. I can't tell you much here (find out for yourself). Just know that it's extremely fun and rewarding.
a whopping 10 /10

Story:
One of the most suspenseful and shocking stories ever. It's very simple. Your goal is to get out of a building..... alive. The surprises are varied and truly unexpected. You may think you know what is happening but trust me, you don't.
perfection 10 /10

Multiplayer is also great. This game is great. Buy it and enjoy the 32 levels of mayham.
