Many sports games have been sold and gamers have appreciated and have out-played them. Perhaps the greatest baseball game ever made, though, is the game Major League Baseball featuring Ken Griff-ey, Jr. Why you ask? Let me go over some of the sections in this game and that'll explain it.

Sound 10/10 - The sounds in this game are simply unbelievable. When you swing the bat by pressing the A button, the sound the bat makes when it hits the ball is astonishing. Even the bunts sound incredibly realistic, as they sound very weak and in reality bunts are pretty weak. The sound department gets a 10/10 from me easily.

Game-play 10/10 - The game-play in this game is simple, understandable and it makes the game so much fun. To swing the bat, press the A button and to bunt press the B button. Stealing bases is a bit tougher, though, as you have to wait for exactly the right time. If you want to steal second base, press Up C several times. To steal third base, press Left C several times. And to steal home, press Down C several times. The game-play is very easy to comprehend and for that it gets a 10/10 from me again easily.

Graphics 9/10 - The graphics in this game are incredible as well. From the motions of the character models to the ball itself, the graphics are astounding. One downside in my opinion about the graphics is the fact that the crowd looks like they're taking a bath. For this minor flaw, I take off one point and therefore give the graphics a rating of 10/10.

One big question every gamer has about a new game is the simple question of buy or rent. If you're a baseball fan and want a cool baseball game, this game is definitely the answer. This game basically has it all. The graphics, the sound, the game-play, the replay value and the professional baseball teams like the New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. I give this game a 10/10 easily.
