Super Smash Bros.

"The best fighting game on the '64"
3rd Review
Their is nothing bad I can really say about this game really...unless you just go into detail about a weak storyline but who cares about that. This game is brutal fighting action and that's what we love woohoo! This game has alot to offer but I wont say every single thing in the game...I will let you go buy it for like $20 at a Gaming place and let you see all the good and wonderful features and action it has to offer for yourself.
Gameplay - 9/10
Basically you fight....that's it...you fight! And you kick major booty. The game features various characters such as Mario, Luigi, Kirby, Jigglypuff, Captain Falcon and more. Yes...they are random characters. Anyway, the game goes by you picking a character, picking a stage, and having a big brawl. The game is especially fun if you have 4 GOOD players to play with because that way not only is the scene of battle taking place spectacular you get to practice combos and fighting tactics as well. This game is a must play to anyone with a Nintendo 64. I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't have this game for their Nintendo 64 collection.
Graphics - 8/10
I mean come on it's the Nintendo 64. How great do you want the graphics to be? So I just based it on various Nintendo 64 games I have played and gathered a great score of 8/10. The characters in the game look how they are drawn so I had to give a good score. No their are not perfect so they dont get a 10/10. The background are very well detailed so that helped a good bit because I would've hated fighting on polygon looking grounds (Their are polygon characters you fight in the storymode by the way). So I would honestly just ignore the graphics, even if they were bad, which their not, and just enjoy the awesome gameplay you and your friends, if you have any hopefully, will experience.
Sound - 10/10
Hands down, amazing sound is generated in this awesome game. You can ever unlock a Sound Test mode and hear all the wonderful music and sounds for yourself and I promise you you wont be disappointed. To hear the sound of Ness' bat banging against the flesh of Samus or to hear a punch from Mario land in the jaw of Pikachu is what I like about this game. They dont skip out on sound that's for sure.
Replay - 10/10
Spectacular! Outstanding! You can not only play this nonstop but you can play this until your eyes bleed. You can't just play a few times then call it quits. Oh no!...Now I dont mean keep doing single playe or keep doing the storymode. Heck no...that would get boring. I mean keep doing multiplayer mode and have at it with some friends. The game is really only extremely fun if you have friends to play it with. Now you can always do 2on2 with yourself and 3 computers but...come on...you're not that lonely are you?
This game is probably one of the best games on the Nintendo 64. I know it's no Rpg and I know it's no Action/Adventure but lets be honest with ourselves for one minute. It's a Mario featured game....and it's a....it's a ummm...well it's a Mario featured game. That's all you really need to know. Who doesn't love a good Mario game by their side. This game not only features action but items as well to your arsenal. Items such as Pokeballs, which spit out pokemon at random, and a home-run bat which allows you to generate a one-hit kill to your opponent when executed properly. Who doesn't like to imagine their in a pokemon battle, grab a pokeball, yell out I choose you, then, whatever comes out of the pokeball, scream their name really loud?? No one that's who :). But just to save time all in all this a great game to not only just add to your collection but to play as well. Everyone will think you're a loser if you dont have this on your Nintendo 64.
So in the end this a great game to add to your Nintendo 64 collection and a great game to keep until the year 32983 A.D. Why you ask? Because it's Nintendo...It's Mario...and it's...Godly :) Mario games have always ruled the gaming industry for some time now. Not only did this game put the Nintendo 64 on the map, along with other various titles we will not go into right now, but it also made alot of nerds, I mean people, very happy to just sit at home and play this game on those lonely Friday and Saturday nights. Why wouldn't anyone want to play a game featuring about 12 characters all from various games such as Earthbound, Super Mario Bros., Pokemon, Metroid Prime, and Donkey Kong? Losers that's who. So dont be those people, go out and play this game now because one day...sadly...it'll be gone *sigh* (Unless you will keep your copy forever like me! :) )
