"Paid $6.99 for this trash cartridge"

I remember, when N64 was the coolest thing at people's homes, I always wanted to play War Gods, because the box cover looked cool, when I was a kid, but just a few days ago, I saw a copy at my local video game retailer for $6.99. So I thought, heck, why not? So I paid the man, and went home to play it.

Graphics:
Well, first thing that came to my mind (since I have been used to playing PS2 games) was "yeah, this reminds me when I played DOS games." The graphics in this game are so horrible, I want to pick my eye out with the N64 controller's analog stick.

Sound:
Haha, well the voices sound as low as 16 bit quality compared to what I am used to hearing, but the dialogue could have been thought up better. Also, names like Cy-5 or Grox, haha even a 5 year old writing a D&D fantasy story could have done better. The music is also hella annoying, with their poorly synthesized MIDI-ish guitars.
2/10

Controls:
Not that great, sandwiched between the 4 attack buttons, is like a button called the "3D Button". So because I don't know what the hell I'm doing (the game plays like Mortal Kombat) I start button mashing, and my character is like flipping and dive rolling all over the place, which gets pretty annoying.

Gameplay:
First thing I thought, was hey this game feels like a Mortal Kombat ripoff, and then I realized it just wasn't a very fun game. But since this game is like MK, (the AI is like super cheap even on "very easy" mode) I brought a friend over and we played it together. Yea it was fun for like half an hour, then we just got bored of it and I left it at his house. Its more fun with another person, but its still not that fun. And by the way, single player mode on the easiest setting, will have you ripping your chest hair out.
1/10

Verdict:
Don't think about buying this game, spend you $6.99 at your local arcade for some cooler games, including the pinball machine nobody plays.
