At the password screen, press Right 7 times and enter the Japanese character. Down 3 times and enter the Japanese character. Left 3 times, Up 1 time and enter the Japanese character. Up 2 times, Left 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Right 9 times, Down 2 times and enter the Japanese character. Now hit "End" and you'll start at Level 50, with Max gold and all the Bells.
