This a FAQ for the NES game Rescue: The Embassy Mission.
This a very short game so I will go though it very detailed.
This FAQ will have....

 1. Storyline
 2. Gameplay

 1. Storyline- An Embassy has been taken hostage by a group of 
terrosists. Your mission is to sneak past security, break in, and kill 
the terrorists in the time amount given. Pretty simple.

 2. Gameplay- There are four different modes in this game

a. sneaking into position
b. sniping
c. climbing down the building
d. shooting the terrorists
------------------------------------------------
a. sneaking into position- You have three men to get into sniping 
positions around the building. You must be careful not to get seen by 
the searchlight because the terrorists will shoot at you. You can 
roll,duck, or hide from the searchlight The controls for this part are-

A = roll
B = roll
left,right = move or crawl left,right
down = duck                     
up = hide in a doorway or behind a small wall

b. sniping- once in position the guy(s) that made it can choose to snipe 
any terrorists in the window. This is helpful but going inside is just 
as fun. The controls for this part are-

A = shoot
B = shoot
D-pad = move sniping point
------------------------------------------------
c. climbing down the building- Now three men have been dropped off at 
the top of the embassy after part a. You must choose a side of the 
embassy to break into and scale down. This is the hardest part of the 
game. TAKE YOUR TIME! BABY STEPS! The controls for this part are-

up = hold rope
down = scale down(too much and you fall)
A = kick in window(have your feet on a window)
B = same as A

d. shooting the terrorists- Now your in the embassy! Look around for 
terrorists.(green dots on map) On the map it will say how many are left 
on each floor. Hunt them down!! The control for this part are-

A = shoot
B = shoot
up = move foward
down = turn around
left = face left
right = face right
