If you have a Wii, simply purchase this game on the Wii Shopping Channel. It's cheap, legal, and a great way to experience old-school games on a new system.

Many game site have a Flash version, and some are very well recreated. It is mostly about looking for them. I know Addictinggames.com had it on there but that was a few years ago and may not be there anymore (copyright issues). Or just find a used game store in your area and buy it.
I know two websites where you can play this game:
www.nintendo8.com-You can play right off the bat and emulates the game exactly with no noticable changes.
www.emuparadise.org-You might think this is just a rom site. Well, you're wrong! It also hosts emulators and playable full games, including this one. As an added bonus, you can play it in EURO, JAP, and USA REV. 1. Ain't life great?
Hope this helps. Also, go to www.zophar.com and get either Nestron or Nestopia, they have awesome features and for Nestopia, can emulate Famicon games.
