Review by Da VideoGuy
"Very, VERY fun 2 player. Don't even expect to beat it 1 player."
If you don't know already, Spy vs. Spy is a video game based off of the comic series called, well, Spy vs. Spy. It was about 2 spies who tried to set booby traps to kill each other. In each one, one of the spies won. Now, in this game, you ARE the spies, set in a building, to set booby traps in furniture, desks, on doors, etc etc.
Graphics: 8
Almost all NES graphics were the same. Spy vs. Spy is a game of which you expect the NES graphics to be like. So you won't get disappointed or surprised in this department. The characters look exactly the same as they do in the comic series, and the animation is done well.
Sound: 7
This is probably the SCARIEST sound I have ever heard in a video game. The music isn't even meant to be scary! And not only that, the sounds of them laughing and getting killed just give me the creeps. Well, that's just me. But the sounds are in good condition and play well.

This is one innovative little game. You run around looking for 4 out of 5 objects in a briefcase and escape on a plane before your opponent does. But you have to find them in the furniture, and your opponent can plant booby traps in them, so it's pretty hard to find them. There are a whole lot of booby traps to choose from. Scared of walking through a door having poison being poured on you? Just grab an umbrella somewhere and you'll be safe! Catch each other in a room? Start fighting! There are even different weapons you can find. This game is pretty endless, which is what I like about it.
This game can get VERY hard against the computer though, which is why I recommend this game ONLY two player. Two player is very fun, but 1 player is just hard and frustrating.

It really depends. It's very addicting two player, very stressful 1 player. That's why I recommend two player over 1.
Should I buy?
YES! It's only about 5 bucks, which is a good deal for a great memorable two player game. A good spend of money! Many people don't like this game just because it's hard to get used to, but once you do it will definitely be worth your money.
