II. INTRODUCTION

First of all, I still lack of knowledge in writing, and also, Im not an
English native speaker. So, if you find any mistakes, or if you have any
suggestions regarding this document, feel free to e-mail me. (Please put

NOTE: Do not e-mail / spam me with questions about the game or anything else.

There are a total of 320 treasure chests in Wild Arms 3. The last treasure
chest, located in Fortune Gear, can only be opened if you have opened the
other 319 chests. Once you open that last chest, youll fight an optional
boss, Black Box. If you win, youll get an EX File Key to open one of the
features available when you beat the game.
So, whats this document for? Well, the purpose of this document is only for
a check list. In this document, I will list all 319 + 1 chests locations in
every town and dungeon. If youre interested in fighting that optional boss
to get the EX File Key, but you still miss some treasure chests, then I hope
this document can help you. I will also give a summary for the treasure
chests that are usually missed. Thats it.

III. HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT
==============================
- I assume that you already get the item Tracker from Millennium Puzzle #10
(located at X: 16000, Y: 19000) and already activated it. (Please refer to
other guides for more info about Millennium Puzzles and dont ask me
anything about this). So, when youre in dungeon, youll see the Floor
Number at the bottom right of the screen.
- I will use the Floor Number (as I mentioned above) to indicate each room
and how many treasure chest there are in that room.
- Dont ask me questions about the locations of dungeons, towns, Duplicators
to open sealed doors and chests; how to get the Tools like Radar etc; or
even the strategy to beat Black Box, and so on. Please refer to other
guides. This document will only list the locations of 320 treasure chests,
plus a summary of the treasure chests that are usually missed.

NOTE:
-----
- Floor Numbers followed by (!) sign are the ones that are usually missed.
- (Duplicator required) sign means you need a Duplicator to open (one of) the
chest(s) in that room.
- Use Jets Radar (Tool) to indicate whether there are treasure chests or not
in each room (well, you already know this, right?)
- Initial chests means the number of treasure chests you can get at your first
visit. Additional chests means the number of chests that you have to come
back later to get, i.e. after you get certain Tool.
- Make sure you DON'T HAVE 99 of the common items in your inventory (like 99
Heal Berries, 99 Revive Fruits, 99 Gimel Coins, etc.), because they are
common items found in treasure chests.
For example: you have 99 Heal Berries --> You find a treasure chest --> You
attempt to open the chest --> The chest contains a Heal Berry --> It says
that you already have 99 Heal Berries, therefore you can't get anymore
Heal Berry ==> YOU CAN'T OPEN THE CHEST! (The chest will be closed again).
See? That's why you shouldn't have 99 of the common items.
- Most of the time, you can use the Tracker (use your "logic") to identify
which room you missed in a dungeon (that may contain treasure chests).
For example: in Fila del Fia, you're currently in Floor 006. You progress to
the next room, and it's Floor 008. It means that you still miss Floor 007.
So, go back to Floor 006 and pay attention to that room. You can find a
crack on the wall in that room. Simply use Clive's Bomb to reveal Floor 007
that contains 3 treasure chests.

There are a total of 20 Millennium Puzzles in Wild Arms 3. So, there
are a total of 20 treasure chests you can open from these Millennium
Puzzles. Please refer to other guides for the locations of these
Millennium Puzzles and the way to solve the puzzles.
37) The Last Treasure Chest
ŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻŻ
The last treasure chest is located in Fortune Gear, Floor 003. You can
open this chest if you've opened all other 319 chests. (You'll be
prompted to open this last chest or not). Once you open this last chest,
youll fight an optional boss, Black Box. If you win, youll get an
EX File Key to open one of the features available when you beat the game.

V. SUMMARY: THE CHESTS THAT ARE USUALLY MISSED
===============================================
Well, as you already know, most of the time you can't open one or more chests
in many dungeons on your first visit. That's because you don't have the
required Tools yet to open the doors that lead to the rooms with the treasure
chests. Or maybe you're currently don't have enough Duplicator to open sealed
doors or chests. So, you have to come back later to get those "currently
inaccessible" chests. The problem is that you may have forgotten them as you
progress through the game. Besides, some of the rooms are easy to miss, i.e.
you have to break cracked walls with Clive's Bomb to access the rooms, etc.
That's the reason why some chests are usually missed.
Here, I will list the chests that are considered "easy to miss". Of course,
it's not 100% perfect. If you find any mistakes, or if you find more chests
locations that can be easily missed other than the ones listed here, feel free

From the first room (Floor 001), go all the way up to reach Floor 002.

One of the chests in this room requires a Duplicator to open. In your
first visit, you won't have any Duplicators yet. So, you have to come
back here after you get a Duplicator to open the chest.

Floor: 012 (4 chests).
Use Clive's Mighty Gloves to lift the box at Floor 011, then put it down

Strangely, I don't know why this didn't come out of my mind for the first
time. Now that there's a question on the message board about this, I think
I should include this section too.
As I've listed in the previous sections (Section IV and Section V), there are
11 treasure chests that require Duplicators to open. Also, as I mentioned
before, you probably don't have enough Duplicator to open the chests on your
first visit, so you have to come back later after you get enough Duplicators,
and the problem is that you may have forgotten which chests you missed as you
progress through the game. This section only lists the chests that require
Duplicators to open. So, if you're only looking for the chests that require
Duplicators to open, then you can simply look in the list below.
