[2] INTRODUCTION
==========================================================================
This guide is written to walk you through KINGDOM HEARTS II. It doesn't
have the greatest layout, but this is our first guide, so work with us.
To easily Navigate through this guid, use the CTRL + F function. It should
work for any Browser you are using. Type in the code of wherever you want
to jump to, by locating it on the Table of Contents, found above this
section.
This guide is written for PROUD MODE, so anybody playing on BEGGINER, or
STANDARD will find the fights a bit easier than how they are described
on this walkthrough. However, the same strategies can be used, and the
worlds remain to be the same throughout the game, no matter the
difficulty. However, no matter what Difficulty you are playing at, we
encourage you to e-mail any strategies, or other things you may have
to say. We will ensure EVERY email is replied to.
Please email us at KH2-Faq@hotmail.com if you find anything wrong, or if
you find better strategies for the Boss fights. Thank you.

[I-01] The First Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to Kingdom Hearts II. After the exciting FMVs, and cutscenes, walk
towards the armor shop. You will start playing as Roxas, but the hero of
the story is still Sora. Twightlight Town is an intro to the game, and
fills the players on events they may have missed in the first game. Also,
it introduces the player to the framework of KH2, and how it works. Pay
attention to the top of your screen, where you are prompted to complete
certain tasks. After completing them, you will be introduced to your first
fight.
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Seifer
HP: 100
XP: 10
Rewards: NONE

You are presented with three bats, laid out nicely for you
to pick up. However, you can only pick up one. The bat that
looks like a staff will give you a +1 Magic Bonus, the one
that has a hand guard gives you a +1 Defense Bonus, and the
club gives you a +1 Strength Bonus. Choose wisely. This is a
very easy fight, and almost impossible to lose, even if you
are on Proud Mode. Keep hitting him until the battle is over.

O ===================================================================== O
You now have to chase a mysterious white enemy. You'll end up in the woods.
I don’t think it’s possible for him to escape, so dont worry if you fall
behind. He will lead you to the Mansion, which will be a significant area
later in the game. He'll be standing next to the gates to the mansion. Go
up to him and use the reaction command 'Capture' to prompt a battle.
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Dusk
HP: N/A
XP: 6
Rewards: NONE

You'll be using your club at first, and after you take a few
insignificant swings, your club will magically transform into
the Kingdom Keyblade. Now go at him. He'll be a lot easier to
hit. Use the newly introduced Trigger Command 'Reversal' to
slip behind him, and continue attacking. This to is a very
simple fight serving the purpose of simply introducing the
revised battle system in KH2.

O ===================================================================== O
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[I-02] The Second Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
After the cutscenes, you will be prompted to find work and make some money.
It’s as easy as it sounds. Approach the bulletin board in Market Square
and view the list of jobs. You don’t have to do them, but they are fun mini
-games,and are a few of the quests in Jimminy's Journal, which you will be
able to view later. If you complete the three mini-games in Market Square,
you can also attempt the ones in Tram Common. Similarly, you should find
approach the bulletin board, and read it to initiate 3 other Mini-Games you
can play.
MINIGAME #1: Mail Delivery
Requirements: Deliver all four letters, and do it in less than
14 seconds
This is a very easy task. All you have to do is roll down the walkway
on your skateboard and use your reaction commands to deliver mail.
There are five targets, meaning five letters to deliver. Go down, and
press triangle as you roll past the first kid. The next target is a
bird, and then another person standing next to a railing on which you
can grind on. Press trinagle when you are close to the railing to grind
it, then, once you reach the end of the railing, Roxas will automatic-
ally jump off, allowing you to reach the fourth target. Steer right,
and deliver it to the last woman. Its a straight foward task, but it
may take a few tries to get under 14 seconds.
MINIGAME #2: Cargo Climb
Requirements: Move the cart into the garage at the top of the
hill, and do it in less than 15 seconds
Immeadiatly begin to slash the cart, and it will slowly move up the hill.
However, stay behind it at all times, becuase if you move out of the way,
it will roll back down the hill. Everytime you complete a combo on it,
it will jump in the air, and when it does, hit it while its airbourne to
move it a significant distance up this hill. Continue this until it is
inside the garage.
MINIGAME #3: Grandstander
Requirements: Keep it airbourne with over 100 strikes
This can be a little bit more difficult than the other mini-games, but
all you have to do is lock on to the ball, and hit the ball. It will
fly into the air, and when it does, run under it and hit it again. It
can be tedious, but its pretty simple.
MINIGAME #4: Poster Duty
Requirements: Post 20 posters in less than 30 seconds
I have to admitt, I had a fair amount of difficulty with this one.
However, the key is to plan your route. The posters are to be placed
on a yellowish area. Once you get near one of these, mash triangle.
The route really depends on the person, but it helps if you wait until
later in the game and come back with Sora. If your Sora has high jump,
it will help in this task alot, and make it a whole lot easier. You
can attempt this with Roxas, but its hard to do.
MINIGAME #5: Bumble-Buster
Requirements: Kill all the bees in less than 15 seconds
This is the most frustrating minigame of them all. Start by approaching
the bees, and striking them. If they start to slow down and stop, then
move, becuase they will sting you, and it wastes valuble seconds. You
only have 15 seconds to do this, and again, its easier if you come back
with Sora and you have Magnega (which brings them all into one place, or
kills them if you are strong enough).
MINIGAME #6: Junk Sweep
Requirements: Destroy 9 garbage scraps in 5 hits or less
The scraps get destroyed after every combo, but the trick I found to
this one is to walk into the scraps, and slowly pushing them into a
pile. Get one on the oppiste side of the area, and whack it into the
large pile of the other scraps that you made. Most, if not all should
be destroyed.
Once you complete these odd jobs, you can head over to the station, and
approach Hayner. Once you talk to him, he will ask if you want to make any
more money. Chose the second option to progress in the story. After the
cutscene, the day will end, and the third day will start.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[I-03] The Third Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
You will start this day in the usual spot. Save the game if you want to,
and then head to the Station Heights. A cutscene will begin, and after it,
you will have to fight multiple Dusks again. However, you wont be able to
hit them with your bat, but once you get your keyblade back, defeat them
to be transported to the oh so familiar glass platforms.
You'll be in the Sation of Serenity. This time, instead of pictures of
princesses, the floor is pictures of Sora and the gang. You are asked to
choose between a sword, a sheild, or a staff. However, unlike Kingdom
Hearts, you don't have to sacrifice one. Your weapon of choice will
determine how Sora is built throughout the rest of the game.
The Sword Raises Strength, and adds more power to your attacks
I would recommend this one if you are are a strong
melee type player.
The Shield Raises Defense, and allows you to take more damage
I would recommend this for anyone who isnt as good
at dodging attacks.
The Staff Raises Magic, and allows you to have more mana. I
would recommend this for anyone who plans to use
the various skills and limit breaks in this game.
After you choose your weapon, three Dusks will appear, and you will be
required to fight them with the Keyblade. Its an easy fight, but use the
reaction commands to avoid being damaged. You should get into the habit
of recognizing when to hit triangle right away, becuase it will prove to
be a useful asset later in the game. After you defeat them, a chest
containing a potion, and that same white door from the last game appear.
Get the potion and go through the door.
Move up the stairs, defeating the Dusks as you proceed. Make sure you
don't die here. However, this shouldn't be a problem, since the Dusks
drop HP Balls. Remember to use reaction commands to avoid damage. You
will pass another potion, and once you get to the top, equip your potions
to your short-cut menu. Its time for your first, real boss fight.
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Twilight Torn
HP: 300
XP: NONE
Rewards: HP Increased!
Learns Guard |

This isn't a hard fight, but if you don't know what to do,
then good luck. Reaction Commands are KEY. Do not forget to
use them. Everyone counts, becuase this baby does alot of
damage. Also, you have very little HP, so be smart, and use
what you've got. Be conservative. Attack when you can, but
avoid being hit. He CAN kill you, especially if you are
playing on Proud Mode. Remeber those potions I told you to
equip? Dont be afraid to use them. Trust me, you get plently
later on.

He has a paticular attack, that locks you into place. This
is probally better for you than him, becuase if you can hit
triangle when you are supposed to, he is open for you to
bombard him with attacks. Use this oppertunity anytime it
arises. Also, he summons Nobodies, but they also are there
to help you. For everyone you destroy, you get HP Balls, so
use them to stay relativly healthy. Keep hitting him when
you can until he dies.

O ===================================================================== O
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[I-04] The Fourth Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Time for Struggle! This is very easy, and I found it to be just as easy on
all the difficulty levels. How this game works is that each oppenent gets
100 orbs, and whoever ends with the most orbs wins. Once you are ready,
talk to the guy near the board thing to go over the rules. Then, talk to
the guy in the ring to start the first fight.
STRUGGLE FIGHT #1: Hayner
Hayner is the biggest pushover ever. I can't really tell you HOW to
beat him, because its very hard to loose. As soon as the match starts,
flank him with attacks. It isn't nessacarily important to chase after
the orbs, as long as you keep a steady amount above Hayner. Once the
clock stops, whoever has the most orbs wins. If you lose, you simply
have to talk to the guy in the center of the ring to try again.
STRUGGLE FIGHT #2: Vivi
Easy fight yet again. Use the same strategy as the last fight. Vivi
however, can attack at a longer range. However, it doesn't add that
much more of a challenge to the fight. Simply make sure you have more
orbs, and you win.
Also, there is a glitch that has been noticed. If you secure enough
orbs, and go far away from him, he wont chase you to attack. You
just wait out the time limit until you win. This doesnt always work,
so don't count on it, but if you're lucky, it might happen.
There is still one more Struggle battle to go, however, your tournament
is rudely interuppted by a bunch of Dusks. After you defeat them...
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Axel
HP: 105
XP: NONE
Rewards: NONE

Axel is fast, long ranged, and quite powerful. However, this
is a fun fight. Fight him conservativly, and the only attack
I should warn you about is when he says "Don't make me hurt
you!" and is englufled in flames. He deals heavy damage, but
remember, you have potions! He doesnt have that much HP, so
try to finish the fight quickly. If you are having difficulty
hitting him, then try jumping to avoid attacks. If you can
knock him into the air, then you can do more combos to damage
him. Also, hitting him on the side helps.

O ===================================================================== O
STRUGGLE FIGHT #3: Setzer
They really need to make struggle a bit harder, becuase this match
is no harder than the rest. Keep attacking using combos, and stay
behind him, or to the side. It should be pretty easy to win. Watch
your health however. If you it hits 0,you also lose. The only move
he really has is when he thrusts forward, but this is easy to avoid.
Just run in circles when he does it. If you win, to get the Champion
Belt, which increase elemental resistance, and if you lose, you get
a Medal, which increases Strength plus one.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[I-05] The Fifth Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
You'll start off in the Usual Spot. Go to the Back aly, and then to the
station heights. Move north to the Station Plaza, where a cut scene will
occur. You'll be at a new area. What you have to do know is find the
Seven Wonders of Twighlite Town. Save the game if you wish, and then go
down the stairs, and past Pence. He has a map of the locations to the
Wonders, incase you get lost. Go down the path way, to a chest containt
a POTION. Follow the path until you meet Ollette. Do down the stairs, and
investegate the water fall. You will be confronted by Shadow Roxas. There
isn't to much to this fight. All you have to do is hit him with a combo,
and he will attack you after each one. However, attack him at the same
time he attacks you, and you'll deflect his hit. Keep doing this until he
is defeated.
Now, go back uo tghe stairs, and move past Pence and Ollette. Go up the
stairs, and turn right. Besisde the tree is a chest containing a HI-POTION.
Cross the bridge and turn right into the Tunnellway. Investigate it. You'll
enter, and find Vivi. However, you have to fight him again. There are
multiple Vivis here, but they all die with one hit. Keep on killing them
until you are finished. He uses the same attacks as he did in the struggle,
but he doesnt do much damage.
Since you can't explore the Tunnelway yet, exit back to the Sunset Terrace.
Go down and turn left up the stair way. Dollow the path until you see
Hayner. Go up the allet, and investigate the back wall. Balls will fly out
of it, and what you have to do is get to the back. Observe the balls. There
is always an opening in which you can run through. Dodge the balls, and
move through the opening to the back wall. Quickly hit trinagle to make the
balls stop.
Exit the alley and turn right. Follow the path past the bridge. Run past
the fat guy, and go up the stairs. There is a chest here containing a
POTION. Now, go into the opening and enter Sunset Hill. Move up the hill
to the top. There is a bag here. Go up to it, and investigate it. Now,
what you have to do is hop on to it by pressing triangle. It will run
around and try to kick you off by running into garbage cans, but press
triangle to jump over them. If you are knocked off, then hurry and get
back on, because it gains back it's stamina for aslong as it is free.
Once it's stamina bar is depleted, you "win". Now, prepare yourself for
yet another cutscene.
After the scene, stand on the dark path, and wait until the train stops
infront of you. Hop on to it, and jump to the platform on the side, once
you pass it. There is a chest here which contains an ABILITY RING. Now,
go back to Sunset Hill. After the cutscene, you will be back in Sunset
Plaza. Go down to the Station Heights, and head to Tram Common. Head
past the bulliten board, and follow the dark path until you see a crack
in the wall. Go through the woods and go to the Old Mansion for another
cutscene.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[I-06] The Sixth Day
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Again, your day will start off in the Usual Spot. Save if you want to, and
then head to the Back Alley. There will be another cutscene, and then you
will be prompted to defeat some more Dusks. Also, you will be introduced
toa new enemy called Samuria. They can go into the ground and slice you
up, but just jump around until they surface. Then, you attack. Also, they
can blow up in your face... Its rather annoying but, if you can defeat
them, they give you pretty good experience.
You'll be called to the Mansion bya mysterious voice. Head down to the
Sandlot, and three Dusks will appear. Kill them, then go to the doorway
on the top right to Tram Common. There are alot of enemies here, but its
a good idea to fight them. Fight your way to the Woods, and there will be
more enemies (AHHH!!!) Kill them for some experience, and then proceed to
the Old Mansion.
You'll be inside the mansion. Head to the back of the foyer to get open
a chest containing a HI-POTION. Go to the foor on the left to enter the
Dining Room. THere are mmore enemies inside here, and two chests. One
contains a HI-POTION (unconfirmed) and another contains an ELVEN BANDANNA.
Exit, and climb the stairs closest to you. Half way up, there is a chest
with a POTION. Take a left to the White Room.
After the cutscene, you get Namine's Sketches and a mansion map. Save if
you wish, and then leave the room. Walk along the upstairs path. There is
a chest containing a POTION. On the otherside, there is another chest with
a POTION. Enter the room on the end, and Roxas will complete a design on
the table, to unlock a new area. Go down the stairs, and enter the room
for another cutscene.
You will now be in the computer room. Save the game if you want to, then
walk through the new door. Now you'll have to fight a bunch of Nobodies
again. After you beat them...
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Axel
HP: 345
XP: NONE
Rewards: Max HP Increased

Roxas trades in his Kingdom Key for the Oathkeeper and
Oblivion. Thats right, you get to dual-weild! Alright, well
Axel is fast. You'll probablly be hit right when the fight
starts. Jump towards him, and attack him until the reaction
command 'Overtake' is available. Complete the combo to get
the floor back to normal. If you let the floor stay at it's
lava-ish form, your HP will slowly deplete.

The best strategy I found here was to jump, and attack while
you are in the air. Its harder for him to hit you, and you
also get more hits in. Remember, hes long ranged, so stay near
him. There will be a point in which he hides behind a
blanket of fire, but keep your eyes on him. Whenever you get
the chance, jump and attack. This is an easy fight on Proud
Mode, aslong as you use reaction commands whenever they
appear.

O ===================================================================== O
Home-strech folks! Head through the newly accessable door, and open the
chest for a HI-POTION. Is it just me, or does this place seem a bit
disturbing? Anyways, say bye bye to Roxas, or atleast for awhile.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[II-01] Twilight Town
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
First things first. Sora's legs look hilarious. His shorts are wayyy too
small for him! Anyways, go back to the Mansion. Don't go back inside,
(even though I dont think you can) but on the right hand side of the front
door is a MYTHRIL SHARD. Now, turn around, and to the right hand side of
the front gate is a POTION.
Now, leave the Old Mansion area, and Sora will stumble across Hayner and
the gang. Save your game, and head to the Sandlot. Seifer seems to be the
real struggle champion, now that Roxas is gone... Anyways, proceed to
Tram Common. Now, head straight and open a chest with a HI-POTION. Go
to the entrence to the Woods, and you will find a POTION. On the oppisite
side of the map, there is a chest with another POTION. Now, head to the
north side of the map. To the left of the building with the green roof
is a TENT. Now, climb the building, and jump to the blue roof on the east
side of the map for an AP BOOST. There are three MYTHRIL SHARDS which you
can also find ontop of the buildings.
Once your done item hunting, go over to the StationHeights. Move up the
hill into the Station Plaza and get ready to fight. Now, there are alot
of Nobodies. Use reaction commands to avoid some damage, and keep killing
them as they come. After awhile, you'll be saved by King Mickey. He'll
tell you to leave town, and he'll give you a MUNNY POUCH, a CRYSTAL ORB
and ANSEM REPORT 2.
After the cutscene, you'll automatically be inside the Station. There are
three chests inside, two of which are infront of the train you're about
to board. Get the HI-POTION, TENT, and the MYTHRIL SHARD, then talk to
Donald. Chose the second option, "Get On" to leave Twilight Town.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[II-02] The Tower
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Walk straight, and open the chests to get a POTION, a HI-POTION, and an
ETHER. Now, head towards the door of the Tower, and you'll meet Pete.
Now, you'll have to fight a bunch of heartless, but they are easy to beat.
Pete will mention that Yen Sid lives inside the tower, and the gang will
go inside.
Save the game, and get the MYTHRIL SHARD behind the spiral stairs. Now,
proceed upward, fighting the Heartless on the way. At the top, you will
meet Yen Sid. He will tell you to read the book, so read it if you want
(I was to lazy to...) Anyways, after you're done reading, talk to Yen
Sid, and he will go over the different types of enemies in this game ---
the classic Heartless, and the newly installed Nobodies. Now, open the
blue chest for a TOWER MAP. Go through the green door, and get the MYTHRIL
STONE, then talk to Flora, the red fairy.
Now, possibly the highlight of your game so far: You get new clothes! Now
you look more mean, and... Okay, its not about the looks (although the
longer shorts are a plus!) its about the new abilities you get. You will
be introduced to a new ability called VALOR FORM. Also, you get a STAR
SEEKER keyblade, but you can only use it in Valor. Anyways, once you
regain controll, exit through the green door, and you'll be on the world
map. Head to Hollow Bastion, and land.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[II-03] Hollow Bastion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you land, you'll be in the Market Place. Head down the stairs and shop
if you want to. Go up the oppisite flight of stairs, and talk to Uncle
Scrooge. Now, go straight down the wide stairs, and you'll reunite with
Yuffie. However, you'll have to fight some Nobodies, but they are no
stronger than they were before. Dispose of them quickly, and Yuffie will
tell you to go to Merlin's house. Follow the path, and you'll know you've
reached his house when you see the treasure chest. His house is the house
behind it. Open the chest for a HI-POTION, but dont get in yet. Theres
some more items you may want to grab first.
Keep following the path, and you'll come across a TENT. Go up the stairs,
and jump the ledge to get an AP BOOST (yeah, this is the good stuff). Now,
turn around, and jump back. Go straight, and you'll grab the DRIVE
RECOVERY. At the very end is MYTHRIL SHARD. NOW, you can go to Merlins.
Inside, you'll meet up with your Final Fantasy friends, and they will give
you a MEMBERSHIP, and BLIZZARD. You have to go to the Bailey, so go
outside and go back up those same stairs. Follow the upstairs path to your
destination.
O ===================================================================== O

Boss Fight: Multiple Nobodies
HP: N/A
XP: N/A
Rewards: Fire Element

This isn't really a boss fight, its just the biggest fight
in your visit to Hollow Bastion. Goofy and Donald wont be
with you in this fight, but Leon will fight along side you.
He wont be in your party, but he'll be attacking the Nobodies.
What you have to do is defeat all the enemies without letting
the Gates to be damaged.

The Gates have a damage gauge. Stay near them, and dont let
the gauge hit 0. Attack anybody who goes near the gate,
becuase eventually, they will begin to hit it. This fight it
no harder than fighting the enemies that normally spawn in
places, except you cant use your Valor Form for some stupid
reason. Casting Blizzard helps, because you can damage enemies
while guarding the gates.

O ===================================================================== O
After the cutscene, you will get ANSEM REPORT 7, and you'll automatically
be transported to the world map. You can go to either world, but the
Land of Dragons is easier, so if I were you, I would go there first. Go
through the Astroid Sweep, and then land in the Land of Dragons.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
[II-04] Land of Dragons
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Welcome to The Land of Dragons, or China Land... When you arrive, you are
re-aquainted with Mushu, and you meet Mulan. However, to pose as a man,
she goes by the name "Ping." After the cutscene, Ping will join your party.
Now, once you regain control, open the chests behind you to get an ETHER
a POTION, and a MYTHRIL SHARD. You can shop at the Moogle Shop if you
want. If you want to shop, shop now, becuase for some odd reason, the
Moogle Shop was gone when I came back to restock on potions. Stock up NOW
if you need to.
Anyways, once you are ready, head over to the Encampment. Go towards the
line, and you'll be caught in the middle of a messy brawl. The Captain
will come and the situation will calm down. However, you will be ambushed
by a group of Heartless. In this world, most missions require you to keep
a Morale bar, and you will have to keep it high, unless you want to let it
deplete, and fail the mission. Keep it up by killing enemies and picking
up the balls that drop. Destroyed the waves of heartless, and the battle
will be over.
The Captain will give you the ENCAMPENT AREA MAP, and you will have to go
through a series of new missions. However, first go through the North
exit, and open the chests. There is a MYTHRIL SHARD, and a HI-POTION. Now,
go back and talk to the Captain.
MISSION #1: SURPRISE ATTACK
If you fail on Mission 1, quit the game, becuase you suck. Alright,
I'm kidding, but this is an easy one. I dont know why I'm writing
tips for this, but here goes. Keep the Morale Bar high, and collect
any morale orbs you can grab. The little ones can be ignored, but
grab the big ones. Theres no hard enemies here, but keep an eye
on your HP either way.
MISSION #2: AMBUSH
This is the hardest mission of the three. The shadows are simple
and the Nightwalkers are pretty easy to. Just jump around, and hit.
Jumping sounds amateur, but its a good strategy to get more hits in.
Once the Assault Riders come, you may have a bit of trouble. I found
that killing everybody else first helps, so you can focus on them
alone. They hit hard, but you can shoot from distances. Use your
magic, because it really helps.
MISSION #3: SEARCH
This one is easy. All you have to do is use your lock on ability,
and attack whatever you may stumble upon. It isn't much of a "search"
if the game finds the heartless for you, but this one will be a
relief after the last mission.
After you beat the missions, you get an AP BOOST. Now, for the real stuff.
Head to the Check Point, and go to the Mountain Trail. The morale bar is
back, and you have to get to the top before it drops. Kill the first few
enemies, then tap triangle near the boulders. After Sora destroys them,
repeat the process until you find yourself in an open area. Turn right
at the fork, and break the rocks here. Assault Riders will assault you
here (aahaha, Assault Riders assaulting... get it?) For this part, I would
have to recommend magic to be your best friend! Break the rocks, and run
up the the village. Say bye bye to the stupid Moral bar.
In the Village, you will get the VILLAGE AREA MAP. However, we should go
back and get the chests that we skipped (or atleast I did... I'm not sure
if you guys did. Anyways, if you did get them, then skip the next
paragraph, and if you didn't then...)
Head back to the Mountain Trail. Go straight to the higher platform, and
jump on top. Grab the RECOVERY RECIPE, and the ETHER. Jump off, and head
to the right. There is a MYTHRIL SHARD on the ledge, and a HI-POTION at
the beggining of the area. Once you find everything, head back to the
village and save the game. Head north, and turn east into the Cave. Dont
be stupid like me, and head to the very beggining of the world looking for
the cave. Its right here infront of you!
See those chests? The grand plan is to open them. Get the HI-POTION and
the AP BOOST, and head to the centre of the room. Donald and Goofy have to
act cool, and leave, so only you and Ping will be fighting this battle.

Boss Fight: Multiple Heartless
HP: N/A
XP: N/A
Rewards: Slide Dash

This isn't really a boss fight either, but I'll call it one
because this can be quite a tough fight. Take out the Assault
Riders promptly, because you are in the tight area, and they
can hurt you badly. Now, what you should do is jump alot. As
long as you're jumping, they have trouble hitting you. Get
behind the Assault Riders and slash away. This is a great
place to train your Valor form, becuase you get one EXP point
for every hit you land. Also, the strength boost from it is
nice. The shadows here are nothing special, its just the
Assault Riders you have to worry about. Take them out, and the
rest of the fight will be smooth sailing. Good luck (even
though you shouldn't need it if you follow this strategy.)

O ===================================================================== O
Head outside, and you'll see that the entire village has been burned down.
Damn, that Shan-Yu is a quick one. The Captain doesn't look so hot, so its
up to you to go after Shan-Yu. Head up the ridge, and grab the HI-POTION
and the AP BOOST. Now, go over to the mini tornado, and choose to ride the
wind. Press Triangle to shoot yourself in the air, and into the next area.
Now, you'll have to fight a bunch of heartless. You have a minute to stay
alive for, but its easy. Keep killing the Rapid Thrusters, using Triangle
combos when they are available. The Bolt Towers will appear, and you'll
have to fight them off aswell. They are a tough enemy, but keep attacking
the wobbly head. After a minute is up, you will have passed the tedious
mini-game.
After the battle, Ping will be exposed, and she'll stop trying to be a man.
She'll strip off her armor, and go back to being called Mulan. From now on,
you can use the Red Rocket Limit Break. Head down to the village to find
out that you have to get your fat butt down to the Imperial City to save
it from the wrath of Shan-Yu. Head down to the Checkpoint, and go through
the entrance that was previously sealed. Once you are at the Imperial City,
you'll have to fight some heartless, so dispose of them and head over to
the Palace Gates. However, you'll be locked out of the Palace, and will
be forced to fight Shan-Yu.

Boss Fight: Shan-Yu
HP: 442
Rewards: HP Increased
Aerial Sweep Ability

Be smart, and change to Valor Form. Again, this is a good
battle to train the form in. Ignore the falcon, and get your
mode on. Focus on Shan-Yu, and Shan-Yu only. Use trigger
commands to make the battle easier.

The heartless in the area will be key to keeping your health
up. If you are cheap like me, you'll hate using potions, so
use the Heartless! Anyways, if you block Shan-Yu's attacks
you'll be in some what of a struggle with him. If you do this
successfully, you will use the takedown ability. Keep pumbiling
him with attacks until he dies.

[4] FORMS
==========================================================================
INTRODUCTION TO THE FORMS
-------------------------
VALOR FORM: It is all based on attacks. Your attack power goes sky
high and a little increase in magic. With dual Keyblades,
you’re able to do quick combos and end it with a powerful
finisher. It is simple to level up. Your menu does not
change.
WISDOM FORM: It is a magic based form. Your magic stats increase
dramatically and MP hastega is useful during this form.
The shots are not that strong. You also move around very
fast. Your menu changes here. The only thing that changes
is your Attack to Shot.
MASTER FORM: It is a attack- magic based form. It has equal magic and
attack but less than the above forms. There is still an
increase in your stats. The moves are much better than the
ones in valor form and do a lot of damage. The finisher move
targets all enemies, allowing you to take out a lot of people
in little time. There is no change in the menu.
FINAL FORM: This form increases all your stats very highly. Higher than
the other forms. You move around a lot and you can glide and
slide, well seems like you can slide. It is very fast, and can
attack many people. The combos are very powerful. However, you
cant stop them once they are started with. There is no change
in your menu.
ANTI-FORM: You can’t click on anything except attack. He looks like a
heartless here and can move very fast. The speed allows you to
dodge and jump higher. The best thing to do when in this form
is to keep attacking to deal a lot of damage since it can do
that. The combos here are long and the finisher move is quite
effective.
