Title tells everything.
Ordinarily, only Quad and Tank legs allow an AC to move while back cannons are equipped, which is one of the major advantages in using these types.
If you activate Human Plus by going 50,000 credits into debt, you begin to gain additional enhancements to your pilot/save file. After doing this for the fourth time, you can then fire back weapons while moving with any leg type. Be warned that using Human Plus at all will make the game ridiculously easy, and is generally considered cheating. :P
