If you completedth sun giant you probably have it backwards.once you put it in the right direction the screen will fade black and it will show you a little scene and osmond will tell you to go to him and when your ready

Osmond can be found in the room where he briefed you about the Sun Giant. He will wait for you in that cottage on the path to left from where you start upon entering Yellow Drops.
Osmond is at the yellow drops factory. you will eventually gain him by continuing through the moon sea, and building up the sun giant.
I seem to remember having to find Osmond in the shop in Yellow Drops somewhere... I forget when in the game that was though... perhaps at the stage you're at?
Osmond is at the boss stage
If youv'e already got the sun gem and used it to complete the sun giant he should be in one of the houses in Yellow Drops.
Osmond is in his house just go and talk to him!!!
You meet him in Moon Sea at first(I think floor 8).
He's at Moon sea floor 9!
