Where can i find all the fossilized bones? I know two get from a cave ,but cant find the rest.

You get the fossilized bones by trading with the 3 male sub-characters. Try giving these gifts to these characters:
Ekei - Frog
Kotaro - Cloth
Magoichi - Vodka
Its not guaranteed you will get the bones in return, so save before giving the items, so that if you don't get a bone, you can reload and try again.
