I did event 30, unlocked 31, won 31, and unlocked 32, but 32 shows up in red (that I haven't unlocked it)! How do I REALLY unlock it??!!
You have to beat all of the other events in ultimate racer and in championship then and only then you can unlock 32. hope it helped.

statusIn order to unlock Event 32, you have to complete Event 31 in the Championship tournament AND Event 31 in the Ultimate Racer tournament. When you complete both of them, you'll be able to tackle 32.
