Equipment is a fairly irrelevant aspect in preparing for the fight with Skeith. You want to focus more on a balanced team and making sure everyone is stocked with healing items. Just having everyone equipped with items all ranked level 20 or above should have you where you need to be with equipment. (Rare equipment like the time items don't apply since they're good equips but with low level rankings.) Still, you want to prepare more than just equipment to fight Skeith. He's going to dish out damage no matter what you have on, so just make sure you are ready to heal.
