thanks, yeah I tried the Ford RS200 like the one in the License test, but no avail there, I'll try my lancer in it.
Something with 4WD and a modest amount of horsepower.

statusA Lancer,or an Impreza. 4WD and decent in both areas you specified. Hope it helps.
(Or you could say blow me and use the RX-7)
Oh,but remember that snow handling sucks,so better have some skillz.
Yeah, the RS200 is a little more FR oriented to my tastes,so I use the Evo or the impreza.
It all comes down to personal preference & driving experience. The Evo's tend to slide more, whereas the WRX's tend to be more stable. The best advice I would give is to just practice, as snow & ice are by far the most difficult surfaces to handle.
As for advice on cars, the Evo VIII super Rally Car ($1.25mil in Mitsubishi lot) by my experience is the best for snow. It's your choice though.
If you can handle it, win the Suzuki Escudo and try that.
Well...that's a powerhouse. So yeah,evo or WRX
just max out an R34 V Spec Nur with everything, throw some snow tires on, and own. it handles decent, it's got a HUGE power advantage, and it's stable too.
IF you can control it. If all you do is B-Spec all the damn time, then your screwed. But yeah.
It is usually not the choice of Car that is the problem ( any decent light 4wd will do i.e. Peugeot 206 RC ).
It is the driving technique required, which is different to any other surface.
Everything needs to be done much earlier than you think it should, and needs to be gentler on the inputs.
If you are slipping and sliding you are going to slow.
I did a lot of comparisons of rally cars myself in 2 player quick race, and here is what i got.
(Info on best rally car besides the Suzuki ESCUDO dirt trial car)
Acceleration: Lancia Delta S4*
Top Speed: Lancia Delta S4*
Best Braking: Lancia Delta S4*
Best Horsepower and Torque: Lancia Delta S4*
Yup its true! The Lancia Delta S4* is nearly unrivaled. The only rival is maybe The Peugeot 205 EVO II.
*THE LANCIA DELTA S4 IS THAT BIG, UGLY, STATION WAGON RALLY CAR!!!!!!
ımpreza subaru super rally car use ıt and go trougt the walls :D
Use impreza subaru super rally car use ıt and go trougt the walls :D
we are not really getting anywhere here by just having different overkill Cars suggested or, whats worse, suggesting wallriding. Not really very helpful in mastering the techniques required.
Here is a vid demonstrating how to do it.

Use an all wheel drive car that is not really fast like a skyline. Maybe a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII or a Subaru Impreza Spec-C.
I dont remember which car i used, but try to push the other car out of the road and keep it behind you. Remember that you are may going to get penalty and dont drive too fast...
Subaru Impreza WRX Super Touring Car
just get the Land Rover range stormer concept and tune it to the max, plus oil change, and buy snow tires and enter the event. you'll easily win it!
Try the toyota rally car models
